I'm not impressed. Nothing special. Will not buy again for sure.

Ordered 2 Boxes from tik tok shop first being the everyday bundle 1 & one of the exclusive boxes, panicked yesterday when everyday box came and only contained I product instead of 4, contacted tik tok shop had a lovely person apologise for the mistake and said they would have the rest of the items sent by express delivery and sure enough they have arrive today alongwith my 2nd box which is perfect and even has a mirror in it, can't comment on the quality yet as it's a Christmas present but from looks alone it looks good quality and beautiful eyeshadow and highlighter shades.

Avoid Fyneart. Brow Pen is trash, waterery and doesnt leave any definition on the skin. Would get a better look from a felt tip pen.
Looks impossible to return with no option on my order email or online. So in the bin it will go. Wish i had checked trust pilot before ordering myself.

After reading the reviews on here I was worried that there would be issues with my return… I accidentally ordered the wrong colour, I emailed asking for my order to be cancelled but unfortunately it was dispatched before the email was seen.

I was given the option to reorder and return or return and they would exchange product, my refund was processed the day it was received and I was even refunded the p&p.

I have since reordered and the products are high quality.

Accidentally ordered the brow pencils instead of the brow pens. Sent them back only to have my refund request denied. When I asked them why said they never got the parcel but tracking shows they did and still refusing to refund even though I don’t have the items anymore!

Stock seems to be constantly out of stock and they do not respond to your questions.

After receiving the wrong order. I contacted customer service on tiktok. The problem was quickly resolved and l recieved by express delivery, the eye pen. Thank you x

Products look nice and are appealing, but the skin tint peels off and the makeup actually just slips of the skin. I wore makeup just for a cinema visit and came home to the most patchy makeup and bits peeling off. They look nice when first when applied though. I have given them to my 12 year old.

Mainly customer services I purchased 2 mystery boxes and a concealer at pinkmas then my own fault really for not checking the box but when I got home the concealer wasn’t in the box I emailed customer services and they sorted it out within 24 hours first class also I am so impressed with the FYNE products I bought I won’t be hesitating to buy more the packaging and presentation is incredible

I bought the brow pen and the product was fine but the shade didn’t fit me. I went to return it only for their returns page to be blank. I tried emailing them about returning my item and it wasn’t until I took it up with Paypal that they responded and said their website was back up and running properly. The returns page hadn’t changed and it was still blank so I sent another email explaining this and nobody got back to me. I had to go through Paypal to get a full refund. Please avoid purchasing from this brand especially if you know you might need a refund

I brought 2 out of the 3 mini eyeshadow palettes off their website, they are so beautiful and pigmented!!!

The owner put a note on my packing slip and gave me the third one to complete the collection as a freebie 🥺❤️

I never usually write reviews ever ! But I was blown away by the products I recently received it was the eyebrow set £30 my brows have never looked so great lost lasting don’t budge every single product I received was 10/10 please never stop selling it as I will keeping buying as long as I’m alive! I have had wonderful customer service from this company. I was sent the wrong color of lip oil by accident and they quickly sent me the correct shade free of charge. They have always been polite and professional with their correspondence. The products themselves are so luxurious and some of the best formulas I've ever used. I am not an influencer I just truly love this brand.

I was so excited to buy from this brand as i LOVE plouise so much and all their products are insane. this however was shocking, the skin tint is awful, the packaging on the outside peels off the bottle in flakes so it looks nasty ( i also keep finding flakes of it on my face when im doping my make up ), feels super cheap and when i put it on my face i cant put anything on top as it peels! however i had to give it 3 as the pencils i got are great quality, packaging look high end and they work amazing, the consealer packaging is beautiful i wish they had given the same attending to detail with the skin tint, so all in all everything was good but the main reason i brought from this brand was for the skin tint as plouise does nothing like this and it was a flop the rest i can get from plousie where i know i will get great quality packaging and products everytime.

Fyne cosmetics are an absolute joke! I returned an item due to getting a mystery and the shades just being too light which I understand can happen but non of the products were opened as they weren’t my shade and I knew I would need to return them all together. Item was delivered on 31/07/2024 back to them. They have continuously denied receiving the products even though I provided evidence of it being returned from yodel. I then had to send them who signed for the parcel and a photo of it in their warehouse. They have now come back to me to say that the items were opened and therefore they cannot process and refund which is complete lies! I followed all of their refund requests, to return the items unused and unopened back in their original condition which is exactly what I did. At every turn they have tried to back out and when they realised they couldn’t deny they’d received the items they’ve lied about them being opened. I’ve now opened a dispute with my bank

fyne beauty is insane, never used a skin tint before always used foundation, however that's now changed. concealer is incredible

I ordered a mystery box and a bronze bundle which came with a double ended brush. I ordered from TikTok while watching a tiktok live. Abbie was packing orders live and I literally cannot tell you how incredible this girl is. She went so above and beyond as an employee! She engaged with everyone who had ordered, she colour matched me for skin tint and concealer and even stayed past her finish time to pack our boxes. She listened to my special request.. and I got my box 13 hours after I saw her pack it even though it was sent 48 hour with DPD. Abbie 100% deserves a raise! The products are absolutely beautiful as well! Genuinely have nothing but amazing things to say about them and the customer service I got from Abbie! Credit to the company. Thank you!

Received an EMPTY box that had no indication of being tampered with. Customer services straight up said I was lying as they weigh boxes before dispatch, dispite the box saying exactly 1kg the empty box does not wrigh this and the items in the box would've weighed less than the 1kg. Very shocked by customer services response. Will be contacting my credit card company with all evidence and requesting a charge back. Will never be using this company again.

I adore everything I've tried from fyne so far. But I just want ri give a special shout out to the liners. They are by far the best eyeliner I've ever used (and I've use alot) there super creamy and pigmented and once they are dry they DO NOT budge. I got the bundle of 4 for £20 and let me tell you that is a steal and I'm buying another set on pay day. Please do not sleep on this brand and get yourself some amazing products 🙌
