Same as everyone else’s reviews
Same as everyone else’s reviews. They don’t send you an initial letter asking for the £60 fine, only a second one claiming you owe them more money for not paying in the initial time given. When you go to challenge this they ignore you then charge you even more as further time has lapsed. They know exactly what they’re doing, it’s fraud and I can’t understand how they’re getting away with it, clearly they’re doing it to everyone.
As scammy as can be, I don’t know how these people sleep
The new highway robbers
The old saying, “At least Dick Turpin wore a mask” runs through my mind every time I hear from them. In August we went to a small shopping area, outside Guisborough. A fortnight later I received a demand for £100 payment for being 11 minutes over their parking limit. I’ve been refused an appeal and have looked into this company. No appeals are accepted so now they want more money and are threatening debt collectors and court. Everything action this company takes is designed to ensure maximum parking fines. From the notices position to the hidden camera.
Gutless G24 Ltd....... bunch of Cowboys... yehaaa!
Despite being given the false optimism that you have the opportunity to appeal for the parking charge and have an "impartial" adjuster to mediate, the approach taken is very black and white.
If there are notices visible in the car park, you are signing up to G24 Ltd's terms and conditions (even if the font is too tiny to read from 6ft below the sign). Which means regardless of your justification, say shopping the entire time at the retail park with copies of multiple time stamped receipts, you will still be fined.
If you decide to appeal, express your rights, please note that if you go past the notice period specified on your charge notice, whilst appealing you may be charged extra. For example; pay £60 within 14 days, or pay £100 within 28 days. We ended paying £140 despite using the "appeal" service because it was after 28 days. Following the optional complaints process doesn't not pause the ticking clock.
G24 Ltd hide behind letters, adjusters and automated phone systems etc. No human interaction.......... almost like they are scared of any form of confrontation!

Received a ticket for a parking that was paid in full. Tried to appeal but impossible
Dear G24
Dear G24, at least u can give to people the opportunity for appealing your tickets
...I've tried to appeal on u site G24 and is not working
That's not fear, a disabled person shopping at wickes to be fined for over stating of 90mins, when all private parking are 2hour ?!!! I'm gonna sue you now
Extremely bad customer service
After receiving extremely bad customer service from this company, thought I would check to see if there were any reviews. Well, I am not the only one. I didn’t even want to give them one star. After having made the payment on 22 August, correspondence then received from the Trace Group, a debt recovery agency acting on behalf of G24. Absolutely appalling. Numerous emails sent to the Trace Group and G24 with all information regarding the payment ie. date, time, reference numbers, copy of transaction on bank statement, absolutely everything but still no further forward.
Absolute con artists
Absolutel con artists! I parked in the M&S and B&M car park in Guisborough which I hadn’t been to before and didn’t see any signs about a 2 hour limit. After having lunch at the cafe in the same retail park and shopping in both shops we left after 3 hours and I received a parking charge from G24 to charge me £100 a week later! Reduced to £60 if I paid within 14 days. I rang and told them a fine is capped at £50 outside London but the said that hadn’t come into force yet so I’ve had to pay £60! Disgusting company! I won’t use that retail park again.
This horrible company operates in Tesco…
This horrible company operates in Tesco retail park near Sutton Park in Birmingham they made me pay £130 to debt recovery in Northampton my info came from Dvla I was 6 mins over but my mum paid first fine withing 14days they said it wasn't paid hope company rots in hell well done to people near Sutton Coldfield & kingstanding & tesco they quick to warn you but retail park you need more time to shop there.I park at Sutton park now its free but they lock gates so don't get locked in at night.
G24 is a disgusting company - Wickes Lowestoft Car Park
G24 is a disgusting company. Parked at Wickes car park in Lowestoft for just over 2 hours without knowing that they have a 2hr limit. They said they sent parking fines in the post to me but I never received any. Even when you phone their help line, you just get told to go to their dispute website. Obviously this happens a lot, as that is the first thing they say to you when you call. 3 months later, I receive a Trace debt collecting letter for the amount of 160 pounds. Apparently the original fine would have been capped at 50 pounds with a 40% discount, if you paid within 14 days. Funny that I didn't get the letters for the original fine to pay. I have never seen the signs up at Wickes and have parked there several times before. I spent nearly 500 pounds whilst shopping on that industrial estate and put in a dispute about the debt collection fine, I provided proof off purchase and that I had never received any parking fine letters from them. They refused to reduce the fine and was told if I was to dispute this email, they may not answer it, as they had made their decision. This company is a wrought and something should be done about them. Wickes is also as bad as this company.
This company is a scam don't send…
This company is a scam they don't send out original notice then send you a final notice for£100 when you appeal they refuse by insisting they have sent an original letter that they haven't they will not provide proof of postage that is required by law in court so they ain't getting a penny
G24 sounds very official and…
G24 sounds very official and professional, fact is biggest fraudsters and chancers going in my opinion. Issued us a hundred pound contractual parking charge notice for a car park in the London area for a blue BMW two very clear pictures of the offending vehicle and registration number, they contacted DVLR with an incorrect registration number (ours) which came back as a black Ford fiesta (ours). No checks on vehicle type etc, just issued us a charge with attached threats of what was going to happen if we did not pay. Contacted them immediately with all correct information by registered post (as per their appeals procedure). they state they will respond within 28 days. to-date heard nothing from them and do not really expect to hear anything. total scumbags in my opinion, cannot understand how they are not investigated and why DVLR allow them to obtain innocent individuals personal data without carrying out basic due diligence of fact ( their own photographic evidence) that they present to DVLR to obtain individuals personal details to justify revenue by issuing bogus parking notices. In my opinion this surly must constitute a breech of data protection rules.
Absolute scum of the earth
Absolute scum of the earth. Issuing fraudulent parking fines outside tile giant in Ashford Kent. DO NOT PAY THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY.
Received a £100 fine from the above…
Received a £100 fine from the above even though I had been given permission to stay as long as necessary whilst packing down a huge demo tent. Have contacted them several times but they do not respond. Have reproduced images of children in back of cars and sent it out to registered car keeper. They are unhelpful. Ambiguous and use their loose interpretation of the rules to their advantage. Complain complain complain. Go Outdoors took their time but still have not resolved this matter.
Received a parking charge in jan 2022
Received a parking charge in jan 2022, appealed and won. Refund apparantly issued on 29th april 22, its now 28th june 22 and still no refund received. Absolute shocking customer service and the staff are so rude! This company needs to be investigated as they are quick at taking peoples money but then take months to give it back.
Fraudulent Parking Company
This company is a total sham. Received a parking violation notice that was not incurred. Since I live outside of the UK I had to "mail" all my supporting documentation for them to review. It's been 6 weeks with no reply. No email to contact anyone. This company sends fraudulent violation notices that if you have a car rental you are forced to pay up front along with the rental car "administration" fees. £124 for a parking ticket violation which was not incurred is outright fraud.

This company needs to be investigated…
This company needs to be investigated and fined.
Poor customer service or little response. They avoid, emails, phone calls, letters.
They fined us for a few minute over the time limite, we had to help a casualty involved in an accident.
A complete disgrace
A complete disgrace, this company attacked numerous breast cancer scan customers in guisborough by not issuing parking notices, so that the first contact was from a debt collector asking for £160, they then refused to discuss the problem via their website communications, am hoping to get a group action going to claim compensation for emotional damage and possibly damaged credit ratings.
