When we asked for a refund on a trimmer that arrived with missing parts, was smaller than advertised and lightly constructed, we got an email back in our junk folder. It said that to get a refund, we would have to ship it back to CHINA!!! The cost would be $50 to $80 to ship it. We paid $198.98 for it. We had to contest it to our credit card company. Hope it is approved.

I bought a product from gadget geek ilac center store Dublin. Absolutely shocking customer service. They give a two week warranty in small writing on the receipt, which is ridiculous, most places give at least one year if not more. I went in within a few months, not knowing it was only two weeks. The rude patronising female cashier wouldn't exchange for a product that worked! I didnt want a cash refund just a product that worked properly, the cashier was cheeky and called security on me when i was very calm and just wanted what i paid for. I asked to speak to the manager, she rang him chatted and then when i asked to speak to him she hung up and said sorry nothing we can do hes in a meeting!! I have written all over socail media to avoid this store. And i will continue to tell people to Avoid. Absolutely shocking customer service. Selling faulty products to customers.. Avoid avoid avoid!!!

I left a truthful, but bad, review a long time ago.
Now every two weeks without fail I receive an email from this company offering a financial incentive to remove my review or change to 5 stars.
Very dodgy company.

I bought my 2nd HOCO watch recently but having small issue with the screen. Went back to the shop and after checking, the manager replaced with a new watch.

It's quick, friendly and no hassle at all that i would highly recommended to anyone who is looking a place to buy a good value smart watch or gadget.

My experience is that even the smallest query will be solved.

I am receiving multiple requests to remove my negative reviews and then you'll refund me! My bank refunded me thanks because you are sly thieves duping people into buying a fake product but not stating this is a subscription knowing full well that most people won't read the small print! So NO, I WILL NOT BE RECOMMENDING OR PRAISING YOU AND PLEASE STOP HASSLING ME!

Absolute scammers, no refund as we speak. Emailed me to change the review and they will offer refund

They make you a member without one requesting it, I would not answer a survey again that made me a forced member

Taking 6 quid out of my account every week and when I tried to cancel. Went in circles. I didn’t even sign up for this to be taken out my bank. They sign you up in small print ! Then they told me all the money I’d paid will be given to me in credit even if I cancel. I cancel and they take it all off me then tell me “oh credits have an expiration date” absolute con of a company
