Incorrectly labelled products
I ordered 18mm riser pipe for my shower. What arrived was 17mm despite being listed at 18mm. It leaks (obviously) and is unusable
Gainsborough was response was that I should pay to send it back - nothing else! No attempt to source me the right pipe, or an apology for sending an incorrectly labelled product. I hoped for better.

The item ordered took twelve days to arrive: why, I don’t know, when money was taken from my account on day two.
When the item finally arrived, it was broken and had to be returned.

There was a gap in communication that meant I had to chase up my order. Then the process and delivery sped up. The product was well packaged and the product was good quality.

Poor Courier Service.
Your courier, DPD, was given a change of location to drop off the part. The neighbour was in all day but DPD sent a message advising I wasn't in!! What does that mean? Did they hit my neighbours door with a wet sponge before escaping?
Did they go to my house (pointless as I had given an alternative address) or my neighbours? I've now been advised they will deliver to me (my address or neighbours???) tomorrow.
Note that this is not a review of your product but of the courier.
