It was just great, food, guide, adventures All terrific!!

A stress-free booking making the trip a stress-free adventure. This was the first time I took a cruise. I figured the best way to see the beautiful Galapagos Islands was to cruise around them but
without the cruise crowds. Fortunately, Galapagos caters to small groups due to their strict conservation, protection of the wildlife, and their environment. Right up my alley. Thank you Fatima for advising me on how best to make my vacation to these amazing islands as memorable it can be. I started off with a packed and informative tour of Ecuador's capital, Quito by my personal tour guide, Rocco. I gazed at the beautiful churches, municipal buildings, and experienced the charm of old town. The tour of the Middle of the World was experience in itself. Rocco was very patient and insisted on getting me a raincoat during a warm downpour. I had a great lunch experiencing samples of Ecuadorian food. I got to the airport without issue to continue on to the Galapagos Islands. The staff/guides of the Solaris did an excellent job. The staff and chefs were focused on details of the day-to-day happenings on the yacht while Fabricio, our guide, was very knowledgeable with a friendly personality and charming wit. I was amazed that he knew as much as he did for only being a guide for a short period of time. His teammates where so helpful, getting us to the next event on this educational but fun filled adventure. The surprise at the end just added to a trip that will be long remembered in a very positive way. One tiny thing, could you soften the butter? Soft butter is easier to spread on those delicious breads and breakfast meals.

Gabriela was wonderful to work with. She was quick to respond to any question I had. It was white glove service, we were met at the airport and delivered to our hotel, and it just continued thru the entire trip. Very happy with the service.

Great experience overall. Initially, Fatima was a bit difficult to understand with English as a second language, but we got thru it just fine. Texting and email were the preferred contact route anyway.
The trip was precisely planned and execution was terrific. All promised details were fulfilled and the Angel yacht was fantastic! We would 100% use this agency again for travel to Galapagos.

I worked with Diana and she was helpful explaining choices and then made it all happen when I finally made up my mind. I’d would use her again.

First contact with lots of infos and travel advice was excellent, reply time very fast. Accounting, payment and invoicing was rather intransparent and average. At the end, our trip to Galapagos was a unique experience, everything was well organized and prepared. Nature guides sometimes did not seem much interested in the tourist group.

Our tour was fantastic. Our guide, Ivan, was so informative. He would hold a summary meeting every evening about the days activities and inform us of the next days plan so we always knew wha to expect. Our boat crew on the Frigate was amazing. They were all so helpful with our every need. The captain or our boat was attentive to all our needs and watching for sea life along the way. He spotted a group of dolphins one evening and we saw the most amazing show.
The only part of our experience that could use attention was our trip advisor, Sebastian. Our communication was a little sparse and toward the trip date we had a hard time getting information. We would highly recommend the Galapagos Travel Center to others, Regards

They (Diana) handled everything PERFECT. Everything was as advertised; the accommodations were great, along with the tours, communications and meals were first rate. Diana was extremely helpful and patiently answered all of my MANY questions to my satisfaction. We are very glad we used them!

I initially chose Galapagos Travel Center because it was the only place I could find that offered a 3 day/2 night option. However, I was really happy with the experience from start to finish. Sebastian made sure all of our questions were answered and that we were prepared for the trip. The meals and accomodations exceeded expectations and we were able to see a lot in a short time. Highly recommend!

Galapagos Travel Center helped us plan our highly anticipated adventure to Galapagos Islands. They kept us informed of what to pack and the weather would be that time of year. This tour was absolutely amazing. Peter was so knowlegable, personable and patient. I loved his bird impressions, his knowledge of the islands was very impressive. We were blown away by the diversity of all the islands. The way the animals were so approachable and the snorkeling was the best I've ever experienced,

I would highly recommend this company. They responded quickly to all questions and the arrangement of travel couldn't have been more seamless. The yacht we traveled on was glorias and it was the best trip of my life!

Gabriela was amazingly knowledgeable and helpful. She is the consumate professional. Always available, answering questions in a timely manner with a positive attitude.

All good from research, to.payment, to actually going on tour.

My husband and I recently returned from a wonderful visit to the Galapagos Islands. We worked with Katie Beckwith, and she made everything so easy for us. From booking our hotel the night before our flight to Baltra until we flew back to JFK Airport in New York a week later, everything went just as expected. We did not have to worry about where to go and how to get there. The vessel we went on for our island hopping and excursions was the Alya. Beautiful small ship with a wonderful, attentive staff and the food was really varied and delicious!

Lorena was so helpful, we really had lots of questions and needed items sent several times and she was always patient.

Sebastian was excellent with the arrangements throughout!!

Everything went very smoothly the accommodations were top notch, food amazing, guides wonderful.......can't say enough good things about my trip!
