Very thorough directions on what to do. Their mention that your passport must not expire within 6 months of entering the country saved us!

Our guide, Daniel, and the rest of the crew of the Angelito were marvelous. We had a fabulous time and we highly recommend this trip to others.

The boat we were on Bonita. With 16 people it was the perfect size. Our shipmates were delightful and from all over the world. There were three of us. My daughter was in a separate cabin. The cabins were just the right size. We did not spend time there but on deck. The crew was wonderful and so helpful. The excursions made the trip a once in a life time. The scenery was so Galapagos. The organisms in and out of the water were spectacular.
Elizabeth, who helped us book our trip, was so patient with my numerous questions. Even though some of them were already answered she answered them again.
I could not recommend this trip more. It was extraordinary. If you want to go to the Galapagos take this trip.

Great communications and addressing our issue

Galapagos Travel Center made our trip to Galapagos seamless and stress free. Gabriela Aguilar was so patient and thorough with us. She answered all of our questions and did her best to accommodate our requests. We visited Santa Cruz, Isabela, Bartholomew, and North Seymour. We had an amazing time at all of the islands -- our guides were so knowledgable, kind and made it a wonderful experience! The only downside is that we had a couple of delays due to miscommunications in Isabela island, but they did not affect our overall plans and travel.

We had a wonderful time in the Galapagos. The communication with Galapagos Travel Center was excellent, responsive and always timely.

All my questions and change of flight were addressed quickly. The Galaxy was wonderful.

Galapagos Travel helped us explore Ecuador including Quito and the Galapagos!
Giovanny gave us a great guided tour of Quito including history and geography. Thankfully he recommended the teleferico ride up the mountain. Great time.
Javier and the crew of the Montserrat were amazing. A combo of history, geography, and science made the two snorkel trips and two hikes per day (for 8 days!) better than we could have hoped for. Whether tortoises, turtles, sea lions, iguanas, rare birds, or sharks, we have hundreds of amazing photos to remind us of this trip of a lifetime. Javier made sure everyone saw each rare find and made sure the entire group was engaged and safe. His subtle humour and humility was perfect.
Getting to share meals with guests from around the globe was the final treat.

We booked our Galapagos cruise through GTC via the website. The process was clear and communication fantastic. All queries and concerns addressed promptly. Would recommend.

My three friends and I loved our brief tour around Quito and our amazing Galapagos cruise experience, including the Solaris, its crew and our fantastic guide Liam. We were equally thrilled by our tour of the Valley of the Sun and Machu Picchu. Our only criticism was about the location of two of our hotels. The hotel for our very brief overnight stay in Lima between the Galapagos and Valley of the Sun tours should have been located much closer to the airport, and the hotel in the Valley of the Sun before our Machu Picchu tour should have been located in Ollantaytambo. That said, we were impressed with each of our guides, the support personnel and our itineraries. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

From the onset of trip we had questions and all were answered quickly and with ease. Our hotel in Quito, after long flights, was amazing and exceeded our expectations.
Hotel pick up was great and absolutely no issues as we were taken to the airline counter to check in.

The quality of the staff aboard our vessel was outstanding. From all involved there was never any issue. The food and friendliness of our crew goes beyond words. Our tour guide was truly amazing and extremely knowledgeable.

This trip from start to finish was an experience that we will never forget. Logistically, it was amazing and very well put together. Would highly recommend this trip and its contents to anyone who has a desire to visit the Galapagos Islands.

Ecuador and Galagapos is One of the best countries to visit with many many different experiences and a fantastic guide Jorge Castillo who is also a singer and we made good music together 😊

We had an excellent experience and all aspects of the trip were amazing.

The Galapagos island tours with expert naturalists, the between tours snorkeling and kayaking and luxury live aboard experience made for an exceptional vacation. Arrangements from the first email inquiry to returning home were made seamless through our booking agent Gabriela Aguilar at Galapagos islands.com. She explained options and made recommendations and all the bookings in a pleasant and transparent fashion. We chose the boat Infinity which is a well operated luxury yacht. There were 15 guests on out trip. The crew kept us well fed and busy with continuous activities from dawn to bedtime.
We greatly appreciated the daily tours and the recreational snorkling is world class: swimming among sea lions, penguins, reef sharks and schools of colorful fish. As a birdwatcher, I was happy with my birding experiences and the guides’ knowledge.
I strongly recommend booking for 8 day cruise or longer. We did a 4 day cruise which was too short.

I had a bad experience my boat was not available l was given a suite on a Catamaran but there was a problem
At 3am every morning l was woken up with the anchor dropping directly under my room.

We were welcomed by a guide at our arrival to Baltra and we were accompnied toll our departure 2 weeks later. Every step was planned and well executed. All guides were great and the cruise exceptional! Maria (coordinator) was always avalable for contact even late night and early morning. All our requests have been satisfied. Even during the trip itself we were able to modify the itinerary.
On the improvement side: the agency booked the Royal Palm hotel for us in the highlands without prior consultation with us. When we wanted to change it (1 month before our arrival) it turned out to be very diffucult and costly. At the end, we stayed there 4 nights and it was always raining as the hotel is not on the sea shore but in the highlands. A bit disappointed. Overall we do recommend this agency for the quality of the guides and tours: they are very good. Also, on the last day we were offered one free tour to Seymour Norte, which was very good!
