I had a great experience working with this Gala travel for my flight booking. They were patient, attentive, and took the time to understand my travel needs. Not only did they find me a good deal, but they also suggested better flight timings that I hadn’t considered. The entire process was efficient, and I felt confident that everything was handled properly. I would definitely use their services again.

I have obtained the services of Gala Travels a couple of time. I haven't visited their office neither do I know any person working there. It is just a telephone call and things get done to my satisfaction. They offer very competitive prices and show the options available. I am happy with their services.

The travel representative who executed this transaction to its conclusion was prompt in her response and dealt with updates to the travel itenary as it occurred.
Hopefully, I can continue to expect assistance from her as the situation may demand
