Personalized service

Personalized service! The agent is totally dedicated to make it appear that you are the sole client despite managing several other travelers simultaneously I'm sure. Had plenty of questions about our upcoming travels and always received a response to my emails promptly and to my satisfaction.
In this era of online bookings and travel portals galore, it's good to know someone's got your back and available to provide solutions as opposed to some chat bot giving random responses! And the cherry on top was the final fare we got from GALA wasn't even that far off from any travel portal auote!

I’ve had the pleasure of receiving…

I’ve had the pleasure of receiving support from Gihan at Gala Travels several times while traveling from Canada to Sri Lanka, and I’m happy to say that he consistently provides the best offers—ones we couldn’t have found on our own. What impressed me the most was that he always listened carefully to our needs and suggested the best routes at the most valuable cost.

On one occasion, my flight was delayed, causing me to miss my connecting flight from Heathrow. Gihan stayed on the phone with me and Air Canada for nearly an hour—just a few hours before departure—to find an alternative route. His dedication and problem-solving provided exceptional service in a stressful situation.

I highly recommend Gihan and Gala Travels for anyone looking for reliable, personalized travel support.
