Confirm delivered at time before buy, finally dont delivered in time, leave the ship to an unknow person, cant answer me where and who received the box. I travel outside US and lose the money and the items, 500 bucks...
Paypal too dont refund the money because with only a signature to receipt is enought to confirm a good delivery and is valid without confirm the correct adress.
Too they erase my account...

I really liked almost every product in this site.

I ordered a product for Halloween paid $100, the product arrived broken and I called them immediately to rectify before Halloween. There is no live person to speak with; only a recording where you can leave a message so no one will ever call you back. There is also an email option which no one replied back as well. Crooks! Please don't let this happen to you.

Do not purchase from this store. I ordered in plenty of time to get the costume, paid extra for expedited shipping (guaranteed shipping) and DI NOT receive my costume! I have left 15+ voicemails because waiting to talk to a customer support person is not an option, sent multiple emails and even tried reaching out via Facebook and twitter. I have heard NOTHING back! NOTHING!!! They do not care about their customers at all!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered a Halloween costume from them and received confirmation of my order and charge to my account. Received an email a whole week later that my order was cancelled and the costume was no longer available. Now its so close to Halloween that I am screwed!! Will NEVER use them again!"

I placed an order an order 19 days a go and haven't received it. I ordered it for 5-7 business day shipping. I have sent multiple emails and placed multiple calls and no one has responded. I am totally fed up and ordered my product through another site, just so I can get it in time. This store is terrible.

This is the second time I've ordered from this site and the second time I've been impressed with their products. There's so much to choose from, for both adult and child. I was invited to a 1920's birthday party and needed something to wear for that era. I ordered the 20's jazz costume and it fitted really well. I always make sure I check the size chart first. The prices are very affordable and the overall quality is excellent. Halloween is coming up, so will be back to order something else. Great service, great site.

GalaxorStore.com has a wonderful selection of costumes for men, women, teens, and children of all ages and sizes. I had a little trouble determining my size as past experience tells me that not all vendors measure the same way. (A medium in one store could be a large in another!) So I contacted customer service and they were extremely helpful in helping me do that. I didn't have to wait forever for shipping so that was a plus as well. All in all, I would definitely recommend these guys!

I ordered from Galaxor because they had the best price I could find for the items I wanted. I had never heard of them, but was pleasantly surprised by the level of customer service I received. I emailed to ask a question about my order and my question was addressed promptly. When my order arrived, I emailed them about a broken item, and they took care of it right away. Shipping was faster than I expected. I would definitely order from them again.

This costume was great! I was a little worried about how it was going to fit, but it was perfect. I am 6'2 about 210 pounds and I ordered the medium/ large. This costume was made very well and a great product for the price. Also, this company is very easy to work with and extremely friendly. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a quality made costume at great prices. The Top Gun Jumpsuit was a hit!!

The Rock Band 3 Bass Game bundle arrived in new condition just as described. Fast shipping at a reasonable price for the size of the item. Best price I could find and I was not disappointed with the service.
