Very efficient company

Fast delivery and a small package

Fast delivery and a small package. I really hate when stores send a huge box with just one small item inside. I appreciate that Galaxus makes the effort to be environmentally friendly.

Galaxus is reliable

Everytime I use Galaxus.ch - I feel confident in knowing I'm going to get the product I ordered and they will work hard to make sure it happens. I also really like how they box things.

Great service and very reliable.

Fast ordering with clear product descriptions and fast delivery. Invoice by e-mail. They have a large range of tech products. This time I ordered a replacement Li-Ion battery for a Dyson vacuum cleaner and it arrived within a few days. I have used Galaxus many times and all products were delivered well packaged. Prices are competitive, sometimes higher, sometimes lower than others but their service is excellent. There is a local Galaxus Digitec store in my area so I can look at products, collect and return as needed so that's a bonus.
I have never been disappointed by Galalaxus services to date.

fast delivery and good service fantastic website so user friendly
allthough a little more expensive than amazon.de
prefer galaxus as i saw that everybody was happy with their customer service
