Thanks for very fast delivery 3days early then expected.

i had ordered MacBook air 2025 model and got the delivery one day earlier than the scheduled delivery date. the product looks good and at one of the cheapest rates possible in the market.

Grateful that they have a large variety of products/goods for almost everything under on roof.

With notifications for products prices drops is the fun part liking catch a sale at the right time and their “Deal of the day” and “Auction”. Keeps me checking what their offers will be up.
Allows us to decide if their price is competitive as other sites.

Love the collection centre, great for those living within the vicinity which I am glad and staff are friendly.

The online site is useful and information be on new products and advice and fair criticism of inferior products.

Only tiny minus points is not able to collect at the collection point 3rd party goods. Unless it’s weigh more for one to collect, I guess I can accept home delivery with notification of when the delivery will arrive. (These days porch thieves are rampant!! Thus cause an inconvenience to us)
With an added tiny positive point to add just recently.
I ordered from a 3rd party and Galaxus had an extra option which I am grateful to have parcels sent by Swiss Post and I have set up that parcels be sent to myPost24. So let’s see for more future orders.

I wish they have some instalment plan for high value items.

I’d give it less than one star if I could. It totally doesn’t work. Now I have to figure out how to return it. Let’s see how that goes.

Galaxus overall is good, but when it comes to their external suppliers there is too often a delivery issue in terms of timing or outright cancellation of your order.
This is extremely frustrating.

My trip to Switzerland (From Texas) has been made way better by Galaxus. Getting the items I’m needing in a very timely manner has been a huge help. Thank y’all.

Items sent by Galaxus are usually well packaged with good cushioning but today's delivery was terrible. My brand new handphone arrived unsecured inside a large empty box without any cushioning..i hope it did not bounce around too much in the box during the shipping. :(

Galaxus is always the first place I go when I need something. It’s so easy to find and compare products and the helpline is spectacular . I have also ordered used items and love the idea of recycling! No matter what you’re looking for they have it.

Way too fast delivery, most of the time the products come earlier than the estimated date! Me and my partner both order from galaxus and usually 1-2 days later we got whatever we ordered! The packages are always carefully prepared and well reserved till delivered in our house!
