Very slow on picking you up from…

Very slow on picking you up from airport, lies after lies, they keep waiting as long as they can, they will only get to you if they have someone to drop off to airport.
Their 30 minutes gets to be 1 hour, they find all kind of excuses to keep you waiting.
Keep away.

Quicker to use long term parking.

Having read the reviews on Trustpilot, I think we got away lightly.

The car was undamaged and there was no internal mess. It was dirty outside, but not excessively so and consistent with having been parked in a field for the week.

The real issue was that there was no review of the car when we departed, no proper staff and the wait at the end was two hours for us from first contact. This was also dependent on multiple phone calls and repeated requests for the same information.

THESE PEOPLE HAVE NO RIGHT TO BE…

THESE PEOPLE HAVE NO RIGHT TO BE TRADING!
We left our car on April 4th.It was in a clean undamaged state.
When we returned on 14th April and waited for over two and a half hours after 19 phone calls trying to get a response for the return of the car.
I was then finally told that the car had been returned to the North terminal despite us having booked the South terminal and they point blank refused to bring it to the arranged meeting place in the south terminal and told us to go to where the car was parked.We searched for an hour to find the driver with our key and he then said the car was two floors down.
When we finally found it the front tyre was shredded and just about on the rim so the driver had driven it in that state over the 17 miles from their parking place.There was massive impact damage to the alloy wheel indicating that the tyre had been burst (it was a nearly new tyre with no damage or loss of pressure when we left the car)
On checking over the bodywork there were massive scratches on the same front wheel arch of the same ruined front tyre.
When I remonstrated with the person in their office they were full of excuses and promises saying they would pay for the wheel and tyre etc and having checked their company details apart from the two proprietors names there are no contact details of course because they are a scam company run by petty criminals.
Please do not use them!

CROOKS

This is now my third post since my car was abandoned and damaged by Galaxy Parking.

They seem not to give a damn, not returning emails or accepting phone calls.

The least I can do is my level best to ensure no other traveller is ripped off by this bunch of crooks.

NEVER BE TEMPTED TO USE GALAXY PARKING, YOU WILL BE SORRY!

They should NOT be allowed to work there!!!

I give them 1 Star, because there is not option for less! This is by far, the worst I have ever experienced! I went on Compare Your Parking and I went for Galaxy Parking, because they had 5 STAR and secured parking with CCTV, etc. It was convenient, but NOT the cheapest... It confuses me how, after a little extra research online I found out how bad they are, while Compare Your Parking is rating them 5 STAR.. ..this is clearly a scam. Now, down to the experience... Firstly, they DO NOT pick up their phones.. ..on the way there, at 30 mins to arrival as requested, I called them at least 20 times, no answer.. ..then they call you back, at 5 mins from arrival, asking if you called (this is if you can understand what they are saying)... Park the car in a spot on Level 4, as the guys will eventually pick up the car and take it away... They force you to go an pay the ticket at Level 1 and go back up to Level 4, not convenient and not mentioned in the advert... Anyway fine, all done and you think at this point your car is secured and taken care of to a place where the declared CCTV cameras will check the car during your absence... We then came back 10 days after.. ..called them as soon as I landed... They do not answer their calls!!! Called them again once I collected the luggages, they told me it will take 40min, called them after 40, they told me other 20min. After 20, so at 60 at this point, they told me 10 more minutes. Called again, no answer. I reached them at exactly 1h and 40 minutes after my first call.. ..I snapped.. ..they told me to go to level 4, the car will arrive with the guy... I get there and the car is in THE EXACT SAME PLACE I PARKED it 10 days before!!! Nobody moved my car AT ALL!!! After a 5 minutes wait, as I have no keys, a chilled guy comes over and says he needs to drive the car out because otherwise I needed to pay something like 550 odd pounds for the parking as at the barrier they will not accept the explanation... At that point we are all speechless. What explanation? Still trying to find out what happened here, and they are not cooperating at all. On top of everything, from Level 4, they sent us down to Drop Off, to wait for the car to arrive, and to remember to pay the 6£ on the way out!!! I truly, can't believe the experience we had.. ..these people should not be allowed to operate, and I'm convinced there is a SCAM going on with parking tickets, one car in/another car out, or something, because this is just unbelievable... Please, please, please.. ..stay away from them. They do not deserve ANY business from ANYONE!!!

Do not use this company

Do not use this company, it's run by criminals.
We had a similar experience to the others who have left a review.
When we came to collect our car, there was nobody there and they guy left our key on the wheel.
They didn't give us the ticket to leave the car park so we couldn't get out. When we contacted the person at gatwick car park to let us out, they said that our car had been tailgated. We then had to pay £300 in fines. galaxy Parking did not answer the phone when I tried to complain. I'm definitely reporting this company

Do not use. Absolutely awful service!

It’s 23.55 and has taken me 20 minutes to get a reply on the number provided. I am now told it will take 1 hour for my car to be delivered!
It states 25-35 minutes which is long enough. For a meet and greet service.

Use this company if you like having your time wasted.

DO NOT USE

Drop off was dire, they don’t answer the phone, rang 30 times to alert for drop off and then they had no paperwork and asked me to pay additional charge to leave car park. On return 20 calls to be asked what did I want, said he’d call back, 20’ later I called again to be told there was an additional charge for going over midnight. I pointed out if they’d answered when I first called it wouldn’t have been, the man was extremely rude, told me to F off and called me stupid on 3 occasions. I then had to get my daughter to accompany me to collect as I was scared to meet them alone at 1am in a dark car park. Car eventually delivered after 50’. I will never use them again and will report to trading standard.

Unreliable,Unprofessional and Do Nit Use these guys ever again everyone

We parked on 24th March and driver was not there at all .Had to call 10 times and then he came
In and also parked 2 times in disabled car park where I got 2 tickets as. Also my rear alloys are scratched

Very poor company and total unreliable
Do not book at all as this is a big mess dealing with these guys

I am going to raise a serious complain and inform all
Authorities in Gatwick airport as well now ..

Awful service

Awful service. Calls directed straight to voicemail - took numerous attempts to get through both for drop off and pick up. Car took 1 hour 20 mins to be returned. It was returned to different floor of car park than instructions said, and no car park entry ticket was given to us.

NEVER USE THEM

NEVER USE THEM. They took our car at 5am, the car had over 200 miles on the clock, while on our holiday we noticed the car kept being moved. At 1am we was getting notifications to say the car was on the move and it drove for over 70 miles. The next day I called them and they promised the car would not be driven again. It was driven again. I called them and spoke to someone called "Vic" who swore at me twice and told me "my car ain't that special to drive" When i mentioned the address that the car was parked at when driven at 1am his tone changed...Clearly his house. On arrival to Gatwick the car had 42 miles on the clock, and pen was somehow left on my seat by someone by accident. No matter how many times you complain no one listens. Avoid these crooks. I have been researching the company like mad, and after finding out the company director is: Muhammad Mashood Saqib

Worst Meet and Greet we've ever used

Worst Meet and Greet we've ever used - stay away from them!
It took them about 1hr and 15min to deliver our car back to Gatwick Airport despite promising that it would be 25min.
Not ideal when you're exhausted after a long haul flight.

ABSOLUTELY ATROCIOUS SERVICE !

ABSOLUTELY ATROCIOUS SERVICE !! We have been sitting on the floor at Gatwick for 3 hours and called them 7 times to which they have only answered the phone once saying “I’m in my office where do u want me to be” and many other snarky rude remarks after saying half an hour ago that he was 30 minutes away. They have hung up on us several times and got extremely irate. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM ! We have still not even seen the likely damages on the car.

We left our car with this company having experienced the drop off scenarios of the many reviews ive now read. On returning a week later to level 4 orange car park .. theres our car .. apart from we cant open it as completely flat battery. Transpires the guy who took it from us decided to use it as his crash pad .. drivers car seat in lay down position.. so he flattens battery and car stays in short stay car park the whole week. We organize green flag to get us going
The most worrying aspect or one of them is that they were insistent they drove out the car park and we meet them at drop off .. why? Because they TAILGATE your car … leaving you with a criminal offense. By the way we were charged by Gatwick parking £ 400 … on top of what these criminals charged us .. a really distasteful end to our family holiday
We will be pursuing the directors of this company.
Lesson learnt .. read reviews.

After waiting nearly 2 hours for my car…

After waiting nearly 2 hours for my car to be returned it finally turned up with a large scuff to the rear of the vehicle and my drivers electric window button broken from the driver being reckless. Please avoid this company at all costs.

This is a scam company

This is a scam company. We actually did OK dropping off the car and getting it picked up albeit it felt very dodgy and disorganised. In the end, they stole a iPhone that was hidden in the car and will not accept any calls or answer voicemails. Website has now gone down. No way to contact them. AVOID.

Unprofessional!

Booked last minute but wished I had read the reviews before. Disorganised drop off, arrived with no one to be found. Had a long wait with kids for car to be returned at night in the cold. When the car was returned money (small change) was missing. Also, had to pay car park fees which are included in other companies prices. Whole experience disappointing. Don't use!

Car damaged

Booked last minute. When we dropped car off got a bad feeling as car were jam packed in temporary yard. When we returned from trip car had frontal damage. All staff gave me was an email address. Do not use.
