Shady business practises, dishonest about have sent/received emails and messages. Avoid confirming receipt of messages/emails to delay communication processes. The support staff attempted to lie about the contents of tenancy agreement.

We sold a property through Galaxy and found them helpful, professional and empathetic. Had a tenant from hell whom Galaxy handled and relocated so that the property could be sold! Harry Sachdeva went the extra mile in assisting with tenants, clearing the mess tenant’s had left behind and of course the sale. Thanks Galaxy….

More work for their competition!
The complete antithesis of a trustworthy, reliable, and professional estate agents.
Initially Galaxy Real Estates ignored my online form request for a valuation therefore I can only assume they are inundated with sales and don't need the work! After all, as an estate agent Its never a good thing to have too many sales. I then chased them up with a call re: the valuation (On behalf of an elderly lady).
When they cared to answer the phone in the Sales Dept, to my surprise they did indeed see my request online but had no answer to as why it was not followed up. I was even promised a call to arrange a viewing that evening by 6:30pm. (A whole day after the appointment was made online). Incredible!
However, yes you've guessed it! Galaxy Estates Sales dept. did not have the decency to even make that call when they said they would.
I guess I will chalk it up to not being their 'desired' clientele!
Oh, and they get a one star review for answering the phone!
