So your framed order was due January 13th unless arranged otherwise as per your order confirmation :

Deducted one star as they used Uber to…
Deducted one star as they used Uber to deliver the piece. Meant we were dependant on being told when the driver had arrived by texting with someone at Galerie Prints. When we learned the driver was outside the driver had already left. Then, when the driver returned we got an earful from the driver for not being ready. It also meant we had to collect the artwork ourselves from the Uber in the pouring rain. I had assumed they would use a professional courier service given the cost of the piece.

Thanks Alex - super crazy busy this Christmas period - as explained on the phone we use Über on rare occasion to supplement our usual courier services at very high volume delivery times such as these within London - unfortunate you got a less than satisfactory service from them - regardless if delivery was free of charge, it should have been much smoother for you you are completely right.
As a result we have now stopped using Über for our deliveries, as mentioned when we spoke.
Am glad we did well for you elsewhere and you are hopefully able to enjoy the beautifully produced hand framed print ! ;)
And as already mentioned also - will be in touch to offer you something as a gesture of compensation ASAP x

Note standard glass is used unless non reflective art glass or anti UV museum glass is requested, as this is much more expensive.
(If you contact us directly we can offer you this option to replace the existing glass for you.)

Excellent Service, Top Notch.
I had a slight issue with a print I had ordered as I needed it for my fiancées' birthday and after being contacted and advised it wouldn't have made it here in-time, due to a small problem in production, Fleur went above and beyond to ensure I had my chosen print delivered in-time for the big birthday surprise!
Absolutely brilliant customer service, 11/10.
