BEWARE RUDE ARROGANT TRADER
I ordered 2 prints and when, several days later there had been no communication, I called the gallery to be told that the order hadn't been processed because he was "busy" and I would have to wait and he hung up. I called back and was told I would get a refund and he hung up again. Had to wait almost 2 weeks for refund.

Unfortunate timing for this eBay customer.
We had just had twins and there was a delay to his Ebay order -
however we certainly didn’t hang up (!) and immediately offered a refund - the fact Paypal took 2 weeks to complete it was out of our hands.
Not sure we deserve quite such an acidic review - but we are always trying to improve.
Hopefully doing better now the twins are a year old :)
