Great communication and personalised service

Outstanding customer service (professional, kind and attentive). An incredibly refreshing experience, as this is (sadly) quite rare these days! I would buy anything from this shop based purely on the experience I had with Rob.

I placed an order on 10th December for a ‘Light Book’
I added a note to ask to receive by 16th December. I received the next day.

I had never heard of Gallery Candles but I’ll remember them now. The clock I wanted for my wife’s Christmas stocking was so much cheaper than any other website (£40 cheaper than Wayfair!). It was also delivered fast and free. Excellent work.

Great company to do business with. I ordered a Candle Brand Flower Diffuser - Peony and Rose as a gift for my daughter in law. I realised that I had ordered the wrong scent and telephoned the company. I spoke to a gentleman who immediately replaced my order with the correct Eucalyptus and Lemon scent. It was no trouble. A personal customer service for once instead of a series of robotic messages. Thank you so much.

The lamp that I ordered was considerably cheaper here than anywhere else. Delivery was free and it came within a couple of days. Overall I am very pleased with my experience of shopping here and would definitely do so again.

Placed order online and really appreciated the follow up call checking delivery address and suggestion that they check colour matching before despatch. Quality product delivered quickly.

Product was a for a gift and impressed. The online process matched our expectations. However, despite clear delivery and drop off instructions (& phone number) it was delivered to the wrong home!
We rescued it and “alls well that ends well”, but why offer delivery option instructions if they’re ignored?
