The worst quality furniture company

We got a twin over queen bunk bed and it’s the worst bunk bed I have ever seen. It shakes like crazy even you give it a little push, how can you sleep on it? Tried to complain and no one reply, DO NOT BUY FROM GALLERY CANADA!!

Do not but a Maczcliner

We bought a Maczcliner and it is the most uncomfortable chair ever. After sleeping it in my shoulder hurts and my hip hurts to the point I can hardly walk. You can feel the massage balls in the bag and the chair is so stiff it is like sleeping on a board. Sure I can exchange it for something else but I cannot get my money back. Very disappointed. I like the light sensor that lights up when I get close to the chair and I like the controls but that is all I can say that is positive.

Extremely Disappointing Service – Avoid if You Expect Reliability

I ordered two large sets of outdoor furniture (Gallery range) from Furniture World, with the understanding that delivery would take approximately seven days. This was a key factor in our decision, as we needed the furniture in time for our son’s 2nd birthday party at home.

We received a text from their delivery company, Arrow XL, allowing us to schedule our preferred delivery date — we selected Tuesday 22nd July.

However, at 8:04am on the morning of delivery, I received a message advising the delivery had been cancelled as the goods hadn’t been received. I had taken the day off work specifically to receive the order, resulting in a lost day’s wages.

What followed was incredibly frustrating — I was passed between Furniture World and Arrow XL, with neither party taking responsibility for the issue. To make matters worse, the next available delivery date offered was 28th July, which is clearly too late.

Overall, a deeply disappointing experience and a clear example of a company failing to take ownership — leaving the customer to absorb the impact. I would strongly advise against using either company if you’re expecting a reliable and professional service.

This place is an absolute scam and…

This place is an absolute scam and needs to be shit down for good. My mom ordered two sets of twin beds and she never gotten them. She wants her refund, her money back. She being patient but can't keep on longer. Give her money back. They service is horrible, they don't even keep her updated via email or phone and want have a nerve with this stupid policy, saying that "All sales are final and cannot be done." Like What? I don't think so, not today. Give us our money back, and we want it back now! They only say that they're working on it. It sounds like a broken record or robotic. They play to much. They think this is a joke? It's not, we're talking about $821 dollars here. That goes on something as a good use and them with all that nonsense like fiddle fadding. Stop playing and get the job done. Or give us our MONEY BACK!! I know my mom is really sorry for this mistake.

No customer service, lying salesperson

I ordered a sectional October 9th. I got the run around for 10 weeks and was then told my sectional was unavailable on December 17. So I ordered another and was told it would be at the store January 14 and delivered today January 16. I called the store and I will not be getting my sectional today. They said they will not be delivered until January 31st now. This is the worst customer service I have ever received. The woman who calls herself the manager of the store has no communication skills and I am unsure she knows what customer service is. I need a dining set but will not be dealing with these people. Do not shop here unless you want to wait months for your product!

BUYER BEWARE

BUYER BEWARE: If I could give this place zero stars, I would. They sold me a used bed that had clear divets in it from other people using it, but advertised it as new. When I asked them to swap out, their customer service representative, Billy, refused. When escalating to “Mattress Mack,” he hung up on me. I will never spend a dollar with this store again, and encourage you to think twice before you do too.

Why did i ignore the reviews about…

Why did i ignore the reviews about Gallery Home Furniture Halifax? I am so annoyed with myself.
i read the reviews about them delivering second hand and damaged furniture, so i visited their warehouse in Halifax and i specifically chose the exact sofa that i wanted. i inspected it with a fine tooth comb and it was perfect. i asked more than once if this was going to be the exact sofa that they would deliver and i was assured that it would be.
They asked me to pay there and then and like a fool , i did, even though i had read the reviews.
Three days later, the delivery turned up at my home. i wasn’t there to accept the delivery, so my daughter accepted it.
When i got home, i was devastated to find exactly what i had read about. Marked cushions. Even dirty feet marks on the bottom of the sofa, where someone had obviously been rubbing the back of their shoes on it. One of the cushions even had a broken zip .
i contacted George , the person that i had dealt with and he assured me that the sofa that they had delivered was the exact one that i chose when i was at the store.
i drove down to the store in Halifax and the sofa that i had chosen was still there on display.
i was told that i was mistaken and that i must have damaged the sofa myself and that there was nothing that they could do about it.
This company is definitely a scam . They have perfect sofa’s on display, but that’s not what they deliver to you,
i feel so stupid because i had already read the horror stories about this company, but i took no notice.
Gallery Home Furniture Halifax has robbed me.

Gallery Home Furniture Halifax. Disgraceful company to deal with. What they forget to tell you is that all of their sofas are second hand. They have all been returned by customers due to faults.
Mine has stains all over it and they just don't want to know.

Beware of this company

Gallery home furniture halifax and gallery home furniture manchester are the same company.
Please be aware that they are a scam.
i bought a sofa from them and what they delivered me is a disgrace . They knew exactly what they were doing when they delivered it.
Two delivery men delivered it and one man was constantly talking to me and taking my attention away from what the other guy was doing.
When they left , everything looked fine, but then i started to re arrange the cushions only to find that there was stains all over the back of the cushions and one was even ripped. They had purposely arranged the cushions in a way that i didn’t notice.
i have been in contact with George, the man that i dealt with in Halifax and he told me that if i wasn’t happy then i should not have took delivery in the first place. Now he has blocked me.
i have looked into this company and i have now found out that they do not sell brand new sofas but only sell sofas that have been returned by customers to Sofology. They are actually all second hand or damaged sofas.
i am now £1499 out of pocket and i have to live with a second hand sofa.
it’s just not fair what gallery home furniture Halifax is doing to people.
i don’t want anyone else to get scammed by these people.

Go here and waste money and time I tried to support the community I’m from but businesses like this leave a bad taste in my mouth to be very clear it’s like they’ll sell u a table without the legs it’s sad I brought bunk beds without the bunker when I went back they disregarded the purchase and said everything is separate

CHRISTMAS SANTA…

If anyone is going to see the Christmas lights at Gallery Furniture on w. Grand Parkway and want the kids to see Santa read this before going. FYI If you want your kids to see Santa you have to be an existing customer or fill out an application. Why would they require you to get your credit checked before letting the kids see Santa? Santa called my grandkids over to see him but they wouldn't let them see him until they filled out an application. They declined so had to leave and the boys didnt get to visit with Santa. Don't have Santa wave kids over if they can't see him. That is wrong. I understand Mattress Mack does a lot of good things in community but none of our family have ever asked for help from him or anyone else. My son called and talked to Mattress Mack and his response was sort of rude. They were eventually going to buy furniture from him but not now. We had bought some a long time ago and soon will be looking for a living room set but will not buy from Gallery Furniture because of the attitude. I know it seems like a small thing but has left me feeling bad about Mattress Mack.

OMG what on earth.

OMG, I was about to buy over $150K of furniture from this store for my new house I just purchased. I only just went onto their site to purchase and …. Nothing. They’re gone. Then I read all these dreadful reviews! OMG did I dodge an extremely expensive bullet.

Please do not buy from Gallery…

Please do not buy from Gallery furniture.
They are a scam.
I have been waiting 11 months for my ottoman.
They do not pick up the phone or answer emails.
I went out to there showroom & it was locked up & it was in a block of small warehouses.
Neighbours have never seen them.
These people should be in jail! N

Gallery Furniture are a SCAM

Paid for some vases in March, they never arrived. They never answer their phone, they don’t respond to their live concierge or emails. Bombarded their Facebook page with complaints to get an email with a delivery date of late May to early June. But guess what - they never arrived. It’s now July and I’ve lodged complaints with the ACCC and Fair Trading. They are a SCAM, save your money and don’t buy from these guys!!!
And an open invitation to Gallery Furniture to sue me if anything above is not true.
