I ordered the Madrid round dining table in Walnut. What a pile of junk! Before I even got around to ordering the dining chairs the table top was covered in scuff marks. The finish is not fit for purpose. Do not order this table!!! Keep your hard earned money and find an alternative. Imagine having to bin a table after having it for less than three months. Waste of time, energy and money!

All the issues were resolved and I’m pleased to say Gallery Direct has one of the best costumer service teams I’ve came across since we started renovating our home.

Bought a piece of furniture recently from a company that don't stock the item but advertise it as a saleable item,it's called Dropshipping.
Gallery Direct was the supplier of this item and then arrange with their delivery company to deliver.
The delivery company is Arrow xl.
What an absolute saga this was,firstly they arranged for a specific time slot of 2hours on 17/11 which they said they would call approximately 30min prior to delivery.Travelled home from work to be around for delivery but received no phone call and no item.
Then had a text later on that week to arrange for delivery again which i arranged for 24/11 with a time slot,went home but nothing again but later on that evening i received an email stating the delivery took place at 7:45 pm and they received an electronic signature.
Received another text later that week to arrange for a delivery again,was happening for 1/12 with a time slot but this time i could track their vehicle.As i looked at it their vehicle was near London at the same time as my delivery slot,checked again in an hour it was in Sunderland area then.
Obviously the delivery never happened but i received an email again that evening stating it took place and had an electronic signature.
In all i lost 6hrs and being self employed it's not what you want this time of year.
The whole episode was farcical and Gallery Direct seemed not that bothered really.

Extremely disappointing experience. I ordered a high-priced wardrobe from M&S, but upon delivery, I discovered it was faulty and could not be assembled. It then took 4 weeks of persistent follow-up on my part just to arrange a return and get a replacement delivered. Unfortunately, the second wardrobe also arrived with a faulty piece. Over a week has passed since, and I am still chasing customer service (M&S and Gallery Direct) to organise the return. It’s now been more than 5 weeks in total, and the issue remains unresolved. The level of service has been incredibly frustrating.

Would give zero stars if I could.
Appalling company. Ordered an expensive garden lounge set 8 weeks ago via La Redoute. Only half the order was delivered and despite being chased by La Redoute and the appalling courier company Arrow XL, they are completely unphased. They don’t reply, they are failing to tell the courier company to stop contacting me despite being asked several times. The set is still in stock yet they are doing nothing to help resolve the issue and clearly don’t care. Appalling customer service at every turn. Avoid at all costs

Amazing product was ordered via John Lewis - 3 door Hemingway sideboard.
Product was ordered on John Lewis on a Friday, was contacted next working day on the following Monday by Gallery Direct to arrange the delivery which was the coming Friday. Very efficient and quick to release and organise delivery, which the manufacturer was Gallery Direct. A week turnaround when expected up to 2 weeks for product to arrive, the 2 men who delivered my item to St Helens were so helpful , friendly and did an amazing job. They handled my order with care as it was a large item , absolutely stunning sideboard that was heavy. They put the item in my place of choosing, disposed of the packaging and were efficient and arrived on time. They let me know when they were coming 30 mins prior. Very positive experience / both product and delivery service amazing.

Further to our recent order with the Gallery, we encountered a few challenges on our end due to specific requirements from our client, particularly regarding delivery arrangements.
We placed our order online, completing all necessary delivery details to ensure the items were sent directly to our client’s residential address. However, the Gallery's system interpreted the delivery address as a business due to us including our company name instead of the client's name.
When I contacted the transport team for assistance, I had the pleasure of dealing with Dan Houldsworth. Dan was absolutely amazing, going above and beyond to resolve the situation. He promptly arranged the delivery, ensuring it was completed on time and handled with the utmost care.
Following the delivery, Dan even reached out to ensure everything went smoothly, which truly exemplifies exceptional service. I cannot commend Dan highly enough for his professionalism and dedication—a true asset to the company.
