Gallery are ones of our main suppliers, there customer service is just how it should be, website is clean and informative, sales reps are good, deliveries on time, rarely any damages & when there is it’s an easy process to resolve. Very good all round. Watch out Coach House, this player is catching you up and is much better.

Great communication re delivery throughout
Gallery Direct has been an excellent company to deal with particularly in keeping me informed as to the whereabouts of my delivery. There was a slight delay in receiving my goods initially however Dan, the transport manager, could not have been more helpful, rearranging an express delivery and keeping me fully updated all the way through, even checking to ensure that the delivery had been made. Things sometimes do not go to plan but it’s how it is put right that makes all the difference. I would certainly deal with Gallery Direct in the future.

Finding out about stock availability for a coffee table
Reached out to find out if stock was available for a coffee table and sadly it wasn't however Donna has given me similar options which helped us place the order. Very quick response and very helpful, she also has good product knowledge!

Five star experience and luxury furniture!
I recently used Gallery for our new home and can’t recommend them enough. With their exceptional furniture and personalised service, the entire process was faultless.
Dan and his team were there every step of the way, making sure that my vision for my home was delivered. Their expertise and attention to detail turned what could have been a stressful experience into an enjoyable journey. The delivery process was smooth with a friendly team that had no issues with the larger, heavy items.

Don't give them your money - absolute scam
Terrible. We bought a sofa in July and were told it would be delivered in 6 to 8 weeks. It's still mid November and the sofa is nowhere to be seen. Poor communication, no customer service whatsoever. Take your money elsewhere.

Very happy with the service
We have been buying furniture and other items from Gallery Direct for a number of years now, good quality furniture and always delivered in a timely manner. We get a message asking if a particular date suits, then on the day they call us 30 minutes before delivery to check, this time was no different. Thanks to Nicola at Gallery Direct, who was very professional, polite and informative, providing additional information when we weren’t sure on a couple of things to purchase. She then kept us informed throughout with delivery dates that were suitable to us, even checking afterwards that delivery had gone smoothly. The delivery drivers have always been friendly and happy to put the boxes in a safe place for us to open. All round, great furniture and service.

Terrible service
Terrible service. They message you via WhatsApp to arrange delivery but then just read any queries and don't respond.
I told them I wasn't able to be around one day and to reschedule one of the deliveries. Obviously they then turned up on that day leading to me having to phone and inconvenience my elderly neighbours.
Then a collection for a separate item of furniture needed to be arranged. I said I couldn't do a specific day of the week and both collection dates I've had have been for that weekday. Over a month has passed and I still have the item waiting...
