Gallery Direct is our biggest…

Gallery Direct is our biggest suppliers. They have a great range of furniture and accessories with fantastic images. The new website is really helpful with keeping track of orders but help is always at hand. We have received and continue to receive great support, from our sales manager, customers services and the transport team. Selling Furniture is not always an easy ride and sometimes people only leave reviews when something goes wrong. We are really happy with the service we receive from all the departments especially transport who work really hard getting all orders out and meeting customers requests.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. I had a delivery slot between 8am-12pm, they did not arrive nor did they provide any update, I’d been waiting in all day. When I contacted them directly, they said I’d have to speak to the company in which I purchased the items - doesn’t make any sense at all

Very poor.

Delivery longer than was told and still awaiting an item that was supposedly ready pre Christmas with no new eta. Some items were delivered (3 sofas) with one delivery man so I had to help get them all in. Not sure what would have happened if wasn’t able to help.

Wish I hadn’t ordered from them.

Was expecting my new furniture on Monday, but just as they were due to arrive it was marked cancelled. I called them and was told that their van had broken down. Three calls later, and awful customer service I’ve been told that it’s at least 2 weeks before they have a van available to deliver to me. I have no furniture in my living room as I was expecting them by now! Wish I hadn’t ordered.

Stunning Customer Service Agent

Morgan was amazing. Best agent I've dealt with since needing to contact Gallery. She was patient, understanding and very helpful. She went above and beyond to assist me with my query. I cannot explain how much I hope I will get to deal with her should I need to contact Gallery again in the future. She is a fantastic example of how a customer service agent can be when they are on top form.

Terrible customer experience

Terrible customer experience. Placed an order over 4 weeks ago and it had a 4-10 days delivery time. I have called them number of times and have been getting a different message every time. They promised to call me back with an update 2 times and never called. The customer service team are very abrupt and don't seem to care at all.

Furniture seems good quality

Furniture seems good quality, but I have been waiting for over 2 weeks for them to come and collect the goods. Not bothered when you call, they have today sent a carrier out unannounced, whilst I was out, then rang the courier and tell me I have to go back to these, who are now closed. It’s a joke

Awful company

Awful company. Do look at the reviews and Google and make sure you avoid. Had a cox and Cox order which has not been completed yet. Keep getting calls about a delivery date then return calls and by the time I've returned the delivery date has gone and I'll be contacted again about a new delivery date. I'll be picking up with Cox and Cox too. This company shouldn't be trading

Bad customer experience

Edit: It took more than a month for Galery Direct to send a new product and they faild to collect the defective product. I am left with two tables in my living room. I am revising my rating to one star (poor quality and bad customer service)
I bought a Gallery Direct table (Madrid Oval Dining table - Walnut) from House of Isabella. The table turned out to be defective (several cracks on the tabletop). House of Isabella was very responsive in trying to solve the issue and informed me that Gallery Direct would send me a new product to replace the defective one. It has been more than two weeks since my correspondence with House of Isabella. Gallery Direct has not yet contacted me. I hope this carelessness does not translate to Gallery Direct sending me another poor-quality product. So far, my experience with Gallery Direct has not been good: poor quality product and unresponsive company. They seem not to have the mechanism in place to respond to their traders/sellers' (in my case House of Isabella) customers on time.
