Bought two times from Game Island so far and it was all delivered correctly. I see some people complaining that orders aren't processed, but they do list on their webstore that they will hold back orders if one part of your order is on backlog; they will not split your order into multiple parcels. So let's say you order some Games Workshop miniatures through Game Island and they have one item on back order, if GW delays a restock to them for a month then your parcel is also delayed for a month even if all other items are in stock for Game Island. Just be aware of that.

I ordered a large amount of paint but one of these paints was missing. I talked to the support, and they quickly solved the issue. The solution was to cancel the only paint that was missing, they would refund that item, and all the rest was dispatched the very next day. Kudos to the support because I contacted them on a holiday and they set everything. Not my first order and for sure not my last one =)

5 orders placed here and all orders have been messed up by them, first it takes at least 2 weeks to send out the order after you make a payment, one of my orders took 6 weeks to deliver. Multiple times their system malfunctions and messes up the address and they send it to another address and refuse to refund me even though they are the one who made a mistake. They even blame me with lies that I already proved wrong with screenshot, they are not nice people to do business with

Gave Games-Island a try due his good and many sales on Cardmarket.
Seeing these reviews on trustpilot made me question my order so I send him a message on CM. I've had a very quick response and explaination of what happened.
My order was send within a day and received my package 6 days later in the Netherlands.
Good packaging and would definitely order again.

I ordered aos starter extremis, battletome and magazine plus paint on the 26th december. Parcel was delayed due to the end of year holidays and extreme parcel service pressure during these days. I received it in Belgium today 4 th January and everything was in the box like ordered.

I have ordered here many times in the past months. Their support is always helpful in case of questions or other support requests and in-stock items are sent quickly. Easy 5/5.

I Have bought items from Games Island in Monday 18-09-23, has arrived today 22-09-23 from Germany to Portugal with DPD carrier, It Was an Excellent Service.

I did get my product that is fine. Some issues I had:

The tracking number I was given did not update and the email said it would be by dhl but when the parcel arrived it was by parcelforce, I don't mind it given to different companies even half way through but I could not track it. That problem is on the delivery companies though.

The guest PayPal had an issue which I had to sort out, PayPal sorted it out pretty quickly.

Great deals, fair prices they had everything i needed and fast shipping 100% for me :)
