They take your money before they ask for a picture of your id, I sent the support an email and they replied it would take up to 48 hours for a response so god knows how long its going to take to get my money back, I would have never allowed them to take my money if I knew I would have to send them a picture of my id. Paid through PayPal then got an email saying they needed to verify it was me using a picture of my face and my ID through an email.
This can potentially lead to identity theft and be used against me. Not worth risking that to play some games for a few quid less.

I bought on the 18/04/18 IT IS NOW 03/05/18 have not had any replies from 2 emails sent inquiring where the game was this should have been for my Autistic Grandson to keep him entertained over the holidays now I have to tell him it is not going to arrive on time absolutely appalling service the worst I`ve had to deal with Do Not Buy From This Company .Will now be asking for my money back.A very disappointed customer.

Purchase process was fine but game doesn’t load. Am working with tech support and while I haven’t yet given up, tech support has not been impressive so far. They keep asking me questions I already answered in my initial e-mail which tech support apparently hasn’t read. ☹️
