First time security verification
The overall experience with the site and payment was really 5 star, but the fact that the first purchase that you do need to be verified, for security reasons, with an aditional step is kinda 2 star... Not the fact that are an aditional security step, aditional security is always great, but the fact that you are not aware of this anytime before you make the purchase. And given the fact that the purchase was on a saturday morning and the response of this verification was on sunday night, more than 24h of waiting.

I bought GTA V on this website.
They don't provide steam key but a rockstar key.
They also provide installer with 30 links ... 50GB of data to download, 50GB additional disk space needed for decompression.
