Super helpful jewellery workshop. They repaired a very sentimental ring at a much more reasonable price than I was quoted elsewhere, and cut off a ring that had become stuck when my knuckle swelled up. Wouldn’t go anywhere else in Worthing.

What can I say , Superb , made a sizeable purchase of an Exquisite 9ct gold dragon ring & they catered the transaction so professionally , it’s Refreshing & not just one of the staff the whole Team … Brilliant <<<

Took my dogs AirTag charm in to be shortened and they were able to do it right then in there! Wonderful service, very friendly. We’ll definitely use again.

I went in today with my laptop to buy back until the end of the month. All good until the nice lady passed my laptop to a guy in a grey shirt who said he had to log off my outlook account in case i did not reclaim it when the buyback expired. Initially all good as i was watching him as i could see around him to see what he was actually doing.
Just in case anyone knows there is an icon on the windows for outlook, all he had to so was ask and i would have logged myself out. However, he saw me in the mirror watching him so he shifted himself to block my entire view then asked his colleague for assistance to delete my account. Whilst i was initially happy to do the transaction, the moment he shifted his seating position to block my view i realised what he was doing was not to my benefit and i became suspicious. His actions were not normal.
I cancelled the transaction immediately and took back my laptop. For 20 or 30 pounds, i wasn't happy with his excuses so he rubbed it in by saying no-one else does electrical equipment.
Ok with the other staff but not this guy, first time i have not had good service there but what i received from the guy in the grey shirt was not nice!
I'll renew my other things for a month until end of May then close the account.
Be warned when they try to block your view stopping you from seeing what they are actually doing, cancel the transaction. It was suspicious!

Took in a watch and strap that I thought was unsalvageable due to a missing screw. Ross and the team went above and beyond to fix the watch and get it back to me as quickly as possible. Really lovely people and amazing quality of service.

Very happy with the service at GA Jewellers & Pawnbrokers. Went in to purchase a ring for my Dad. We got a good deal from Kieran, and got my dads other ring resized too. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Great and would definitely recommend.

Have used GA on a few occasions in Chichester and Worthing over a number of years. Have always found staff knowledgeable and helpful with service excellent. On my most recent visit at Worthing Kieran and Brenton gave honest appraisals on items used for an exchange.

Today I visited GA Pawnbrokers I had visited a few days before and was cogitating about a beautiful full eternity ring. I rarely find rings to fit me, always needing to have them sized.
The staff and customer service is always professional, friendly and impeccable.
Today was no exception. I was served by the shop manager Brenton who was very kind and helpful with all the information regarding the ring which I happily purchased.
The staff at GA do go the extra mile for great customer satisfaction and I was happy to give them a great score to show how happy I am with the excellent service.
