We have been using Gold Arts since moving to Worthing. They are knowledgeable and helpful and we have made a few purchases of pieces that we’ve been really happy with as well as the aftercare. We use them for repairs as well and find them honest and efficient.

Wanted a capacitor for my Seiko Kinectic watch managed to order one.Took it to GA Worthing gentleman in shop fitted it for no charge what service! Highly recommend this jeweller.

Myself and my husband have been to jewellers a few times for getting links taken out or put in our watches and batteries changed on ohr watches too. Always very helpful and very reasonably priced! Would highly recommend 👌

I was selling my old rings, And the staff were welcoming and friendly and helped me get a good price. I will be going back to do pawnbroking In The future as their interest rates are very low.

I went in today with my laptop to buy back until the end of the month. All good until the nice lady passed my laptop to a guy in a grey shirt who said he had to log off my outlook account in case i did not reclaim it when the buyback expired. Initially all good as i was watching him as i could see around him to see what he was actually doing.
Just in case anyone knows there is an icon on the windows for outlook, all he had to so was ask and i would have logged myself out. However, he saw me in the mirror watching him so he shifted himself to block my entire view then asked his colleague for assistance to delete my account. Whilst i was initially happy to do the transaction, the moment he shifted his seating position to block my view i realised what he was doing was not to my benefit and i became suspicious. His actions were not normal.
I cancelled the transaction immediately and took back my laptop. For 20 or 30 pounds, i wasn't happy with his excuses so he rubbed it in by saying no-one else does electrical equipment.
Ok with the other staff but not this guy, first time i have not had good service there but what i received from the guy in the grey shirt was not nice!
I'll renew my other things for a month until end of May then close the account.
Be warned when they try to block your view stopping you from seeing what they are actually doing, cancel the transaction. It was suspicious!

Took my Tag watch in here today because I had lost the little screw which holds the battery retaining clip. After a warm greeting I was told to come back in 20 minutes...
My watch was returned, repaired, with the battery i had supplied fitted, time and date set. When I offered to pay I was waved away with "Our Compliments - just leave us a good review..." Well here it is - brilliant empathetic service and a new customer for life. Thank You.

I recently used GA Jewellers and Pawn Brokers to sell some old gold jewellery and was very pleased with the experience. Having done my research beforehand, I felt the price offered for my gold and silver was fair and transparent.

I also had a ring repaired, resized, and cleaned, and it was ready the very next day, which was fantastic. Steve, the manager, was especially helpful—kind, patient, and genuinely engaging. He took the time to explain everything clearly, giving a thorough breakdown of pricing and purchases, and kept me updated throughout a short wait while my details were processed.

The shop itself is bright, welcoming, and well laid out, with clear pricing and a good selection of jewellery and even some tech items. There’s seating available, which was appreciated, and despite the glass screen at the counter, communication was clear—I wear hearing aids and had no trouble hearing.

I’ve previously bought jewellery here, including my wedding ring, and this was my first time selling. Based on both experiences, I’d definitely recommend them for their fair pricing, excellent service, and friendly atmosphere.
