What brilliant service I received in the Worthing shop. I had my ring made smaller in less than 1 day so I wasn’t without it for long. The young man who served me was very helpful and polite. I would highly recommend them and shall definitely use them again.

I’ve sold 3 watches now with Tristan and he’s super responsive over email, very considerate and even more of a pleasure to deal with in person at the Lanes branch. Prices have been fair and instant payments. Highly recommend!

We were after a matching pair of rings, and hadn't had any success whatsoever. We have used GA before for various things, repairs, watch overhauls, ring cleaning etc, and have always benefited from exceptional service.
We put Brenton to the test, asking him to source or make the rings we required. Unbelievably, within 2 weeks, he had someone make our rings, with only the vaguest information from us.
We are absolutely delighted with the result. He had given us a 'ballpark' figure of the costs, and came in £100 cheaper, which was very unexpected.
I cannot express my utter delight enough. A pleasure to deal with, and I have no hesitation of recommending GA to everyone.

Popped in on the off chance, trying to find a jewellers where I could get the battery changed in my Tissot watch on the same day(as we were on holiday ).They did it in minutes and very kindly didn't charge me. Lovely friendly staff. I will be coming back next time we're in Brighton with my other watch. Thank you so much.

This delightful local jewellry and repair workshop repaired a broken pendant chain while I waited just five minutes. I recommend them highly for their skillful, professional and friendly service. We should all support our local family-run businesses - they give our towns more character than the big, impersonal chainstores.

I lost my 49 year old Gold wedding ring yesterday and had called into other jewellers in Worthing looking for a similar sized replacement before finding their shop.
They had a near identical ring at a sensible price.
The ring needed resizing and I was astounded when he said we can do that in an hour at no extra cost.
Under an hour and it was ready, a perfect fit.
My wife looked at her wedding ring and it looked dull, the lady said she could polish it straight away, which she did and it now shines like mine.

I went into this beautiful little jewellers/pawnbrokers today to see if they could resize my wedding ring. A very cheerful and pleasant Brent looked at the ring and said yes he could make my ring 1 size larger by stretching it and also polish it for me - free of charge. What exceptional service and so rare these days, thank you Brent and I will certainly be back nearer Xmas to buy some white gold earrings. The shop is delightful and well worth a visit.

Went to resize my watch bracelet after Timpsons bungled the job earlier in the day and was fortunate to get there while Tristan was on shift. Was done quickly and professionally and after explaining the theft of my last watch was told there would be no charge! In general I think do not go there expecting the same, they do run a business after all, but it speaks to the quality of the people. Friendly, and competent too! They have my full confidence for any further work in the future. I recommend GA jewellers.

Restored a wedding band to an amazing standard, like the day I bought it. Quick service and after visiting a few others in Worthing the most reasonable price by a mile.

Today we visited g a Jewelers and pawnbrokers and we were served by Brenton Rogers who incidentally is an amazing salesman. We were very pleased with the offer that he made us. We also made a very successful purchase. It was a very joyful experience in an amazing shop. I would highly recommend this shop to anybody looking to sell or purchase.

i visited the shop yesterday with a silver bracelet that I have worn for 18 years, but had accidentally become tarnished recently. a really nice young man said he would be able to fix it for me in about 15-20 minutes. and he said it wouldn't cost anything. I went away and returned 20mins later. my bracelet looked like it was brand new. the nice young man refused to take any money, I am really happy with my bracelet and thank you very much. would highly recommend.
