I have not received the goods, it appears the shipping details given to the courier are incomplete.

Ordered garden shed in October. Initial email said issues with distribution when questioned-gave them the benefit of doubt with covid.No communication then. Asked for refund- they said they would. No refund. They are not replying to emails now! 491 euro!!!!

I am really happy with the plant I bought. I received it in a perfect condition, fantastically protected.
Very fast delivery.
The reason i am not giving 5* review is that I just bought the same kind of plant at a local shop for 25% of the price i had paid to Jardinis.
They are the same height and very similar condition.
I only hope the Jardinis plant will be worth the extra :)

The tree's I ordered arrived in good condition with good packaging. I will be going for more things as the service is very good.

Having had a good experience in the past, I was disappointed to experience a hiccough in good service with orders placed in Feb'20, which although understandable due to the Pandemic, were exacerbated by complete lack of communication. However, all was fully refunded by September and I placed my most recent order with confidence. I received my order with no problems and am very pleased that this company has upped its game and I now have full confidence in ordering from them in the future.
P.S. The variety of merchandise at competitive prices is amazing and the first port of call for garden accessories for me.

I would advise against using this company. I ordered and paid for 2 items in September as presents. After chasing they said they were not available from the supplier (although still appeared to be available on their website). After chasing again after a couple of months later they said they would refund the money as still not available. I am still waiting for a refund, 2 and a half weeks after this.

My order arrived promptly and expertly packaged - it was in perfect condition! I would have preferred a yellow varient to the orange cactus that arrived, but it's beautiful regardless :)

I spent over £800 over 3 months ago, and have e-mail confirmation from Jardinitis that they are aware I have not received my items, yet they have objected to my credit card chargeback and my bank are being forced to refer the matter to arbitration... disingenuous and totally unprofessional... fraudsters

VERY VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! The item arrived with no box, only wrapped in thin plastic, and had suffered substantial damage. Despite being provided with full details, Jardinitis will not provide a full refund and have lengthy delays in responding to emails.
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

I have orderet an item in august,payment immidiately but no item.
I have sent proof of payment,and a lot of mails,but haven’t got any item or refund.

I think they are con artists. Very plausible professional website. They have taken £200 from my account for a product that was due for delivery 10 days ago. It has never arrived. I understand logistics may be difficult. However they do not reply to email. They answer about 1 in 10 of my calls. They tell me they will email me an update when they speak to the “management”. No emails ever come. I have been told this 3 times now. I have even had a fluent Spanish speaker call up on my behalf... Same lies.

I placed an order for a bike lock with Jardinitis back in September. They didn't waste any time taking the money from my account and although they sent me an estimated date for delivery the item never arrived and the tracking information suggest that it never arrived at their warehouse. They had not responded to my emails and after reading other reviews I came to the conclusion that they had no intention to deliver on the transaction. However, in response to my first review they have been in touch and say they will look into the issue. I am currently waiting to see if the matter can be resolved.

DON'T buy here!
I ordered 4 products on 20 August.
They delivered one product, on 16 September.
Today it is 14 November, NOTHING.
16 October I cancelled the order and they said they would refund. I have send them multiple mails. NOTHING. I will file a complaint at the fraud desk (Dutch Police) monday.
