Jardinitus.com, never before experienced a company that keeps someone on the line for so long.
Apparently I was lucky because I did receive my order but out of the 12 jars of ant powder delivered, 3 turned out to be broken and empty.
I was promised a partial refund because of the faulty packaging but now we have been 3 months and many emails and reactions via Messenger but I have never received a refund.
Worthless!

This is a scam company that will keep you on the hook in the hope that you run over the time period for credit card chargeback. Contact your bank asap to get your money back. Contact the CEO on linkedin

What's the point in sending you anything - you have sent me fake refund confirmations and constant lies. Nodes ecom/jardinitis/konstilo all the same company doing the same thing - taking money and delivering nothing and no refunds

Terrible service. No updates on delivery date and they ignored all emails. We actually thought we’d bought our table on a fake website as we couldn’t contact them.

I booked and payed for my gardenshed "Patio tre Duetech 1000L" 3 month ago. In september they told me - after that they HAD given me a delivery date 23.9. - that it was not in stock, and my money would be refunded very soon. I have written several times to them for it to happen, and they answer me, but nothing happens, and now I have had no response on my 2 last mails to them. I feel that everything i have been cheated. I am danish, and everything on the webside was danish. I am 72 years old, an maybee I should have been more carefull.

Ordered pergola 2 moths ago and it hasn't arrived yet.
Have sent the company 2 requests, but no answer.
I've never experienced such deplorable service.

The order took a while to arrive, but it was the best online price by far so if you’re not in a hurry absolutely no issues and I will use again.

This ice cube fridge never arrived. I was in regular communication with Jardinitis, and given varying excuses, ie moved warehouse, problems with production etc, and one actually in Spanish. I finally asked for a refund. Again I received a reply saying they were dealing with my refund. I’ve still not had this.
I ordered this in August. Cost £44.13 Shipping £13.96. Total £58.09 GBP.
I gave 1 star as Jardinitis have communicated with me, although unsatisfactorily.

Jardinitis replied to this review a week ago saying they were dealing with my refund. I still have not received this nor any further communication. I will now have to start legal proceedings.

Grass seed arrived in the United Kingdom very quickly. Grass seed germinated well and has grown very well this summer.

I bought the biggest indoor cage I could possibly find for my two tiny birds. The cage arrived on time, ETA was around 3 weeks, and almost two years later it still looks amazing. A modern light grey & light green design is a refreshing look from the traditional, boring black or white cages.

Sadly one of my two birds moved on and is now in 'bird heaven' but my 2nd one loves the closest thing I can offer him to having space to fly around. Until I let him fly around our living room.

Goods arrived damaged, it took many emails to get replacement parts, after all that not all the parts I needed arrived. Sadly I would not recommend ordering from this company.

Ordered item 7 September, with a forecast delivery date 11 September.

Reminded, and was told on 11 September that stock had been received and my item would be delivered within the week.

Nothing received, so reminded again. Reply on 21 September that there was a delay due to a move of warehouse.

On 29 September, still nothing so I asked for a firm delivery date or a refund. No answer.

EVALUATION

They give misleading dates, lie and fail to deliver. Avoid like the plague.

Now 13 October. No goods, no refund despite request. This company is scum.

Final update 26 October. Item arrived this morning, over six weeks later than the advertised delivery date when I placed the order.

This company misleads and flagrantly lies and if it was a UK-based one I'd have complained to trading standards weeks ago. If tempted to buy from them, please realise that you do so knowing what a dishonest outfit you are dealing with.

I ordered a reclining beach chair and received an acknowledgment on the 28th of August. On enquiring upon its whereabouts two weeks later, I was told it was with the courier on the 14th of September. Having heard nothing, I sent another email on the 30th of September and have still had no reply. Chair soon or refund please!
