This company are absolutely appalling. I would call it the Hori Hori I ordered but it doesn’t deserve the title. Took forever to turn up and after a short time, whatever metal they used snapped away from wooden handle.
Have emailed repeatedly but no reply.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Having ordered and paid for 2 chairs that they knew they didn’t have in stock and then said 2 weeks ago they would reimburse my money and they haven’t!!! Where is my refund on order 560128?! Do not buy from this company, I so wish I’d read these reviews before I ordered.

Communication poor and delivery time lengthy. Ordered my item on the 2nd September, online status repeatedly stated that it would be delivered to the warehouse on a specific date, this was passed by another week. Finally got an email today, the 28th saying "sent", but when trying to track my parcel online, "no parcel found" appears! Who knows when it will turn up at the door!

They never sent the item and have blanked all emails regarding a refund.

Took a little longer than the initial time stated but I had ordered just before Christmas so I can understand why it took a little longer. It was 10 months ago and I think I had emailed for an update and got a response from them sadly there wasn't any need for me to order more from them but I would have been happy to do so. They stocked specific cat food I needed at a much more affordable price.

The lid arrived broken and despite many emails and them agreeing to send a new one I have still not received a replacement 9 months later.
They have not even replied to my last 4 emails.
Edit: I'd like to point out that the issue has not been resolved as they state below, this is an absolute lie. At the time of writing they had done nothing. I have since sent them 18 emails of which more than half have been ignored. Eventually they sent me a second lid which was also Broken!!! not only that but the broken piece was not in the box and so must have been packed broken. 5 more emails since then with still no reply.

Parts were missing, tried numerous times to get in touch. Absolute robbers, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING OFF THESE THIEVES

The product I received was not what I ordered. I have sent them messages twice and received no response. They are in another country (Spain) to me (uk). Not sure how I can take it further for an item under £20! Don’t buy from them 😡

Excellent service and delivery, pity the pool liner was slightly damaged, managed to repair it.

My order was placed and paid for several garden items, none of which were received. Despite a considerably delayed despatch date expected in September from a May / June order date I wasn't given the option to cancel my order. Then a further delay again to an October despatch date, at which point I asked to cancel the order. Several emails confirming order has been cancelled, but as with other reviewers, no refund given and unable to get anywhere despite various emails via the 'contact' form chasing this up. Jardinitis Please action my refund for £39.15 for Order no 547867 with immediate affect. Very disappointing and unsatisfactory service.

As you can see from their reply, nobody is interested or willing to process a refund. Much like the plethora of email replies telling me I've been already refunded, they are 'generic' replies and simply not true!!! Even TrustPilot post no leads to any clarification or refund. Avoid this company at all costs....

Although not UK based the product arrived promptly and was easy to set up and install the watering system and has performed perfectly

I get my dogs vitamins from here at a reasonable price ,always arrives well packaged and on time ...excellent service

I bought a 23 foot swimming pool and had problems from the start missing parts from the pump later on I also add leaks in the pool on both occasions I rang and no answer I also emailed about 20 times and they kept shoving me off telling me that somebody used the website to sell swimmingSo they passed me on to someone else though I bought the swimming from their website I think it is the screws I give £1200 for the swimming pool I believe it’s the worst company in the world I would definitely recommend nobody in this whole world to buy from anybody got any questions I’m happy to ask at any point at any time they are absolutely rubbish

Scammer!!! Guy is sitting in front of a laptop in SPAIN which he fails to mention anywhere on his website. He does not have a garden center. Anything you buy he will take you're money and not send the item. He will also ignore all of you're emails. Do not give him a penny

Really disappointed as still not recieved the item ordered and had no response to two emails. I think waiting until now, almost 3 weeks was long enough to wait.

Broken website, no way to check the status of your order without an account (which you don't need to actually order). Many issues on the website.

Seems like it's all hacked together - would not recommend using this service.
