Satisfied, sure.

Plant arrived safely and looks healthy. Did arrive 2 days earlier than expected.

asked for review before items delivered. Have had 2 delivery dates given and items not arrived.

Horrific! Ordered medicated food for my cat from here. I was told that it would arrive by Tuesday 8th Sept. it has not arrived yet. I emailed and called but no answer until this evening via email (10th Sept) where I was told that it would arrive in a week. They never answer the phone. This is not acceptable as I cannot wait that long for my cat to be on this diet as she has kidney failure. I don’t expect an answer from them but will request a refund as I need this food now so will have to buy elsewhere.
Edit based on below response from Jardinitis:
I have received a notification that the package is on it’s way. What I have not received from Jardinitis is a promise to have someone answer their phones or indeed to answer emails. I emailed on 10th Sept asking for a refund and have not received a reply. I had to buy the product elsewhere and have already purchased it. I believe this company isn’t in trouble as there is a massive delay in response times. All of the other reviews on here correlate with that. Hire a proper customer relations team or stop selling as you can’t make good on delivery times or customer service.

Advertise with "product in stock", next day received an email saying there was no stock.

This shop sells products they can not deliver, and then keep your money.
Waiting for a week now..

After more then a week I get the answer from Jardinitus on this platform that they are sorry and if I can please send my reference number to their email..... I already did that off course three times, so this is getting VERY annoying.

Good afternoon

We made an order for a Garden bench from Jardinitis on the 17th of August where the money was taken out of the bank account right away but we never received any confirmation email or a message.

The delivery was supposed to be in less than 1 week but we still didn't receive the bench nor any communication.

I tried to call so many times with no answer. Emailed 4 times and no reply!!!!

Could you please give me an update

The delivery dates on website were mis-leading Communications very poor, not able to speak to a human, only via email which means a minimum 24hrs between messages and even then not the info needed given. Very frustrating experience. Hopefully all money will be refunded.

The service and delivery were brilliant but the tree I received was not the one on the picture. However it was still a decent tree

Goods not received, no communication, emails not replied to, telephone number doesn't connect ... terrible

let me order and pay for out of stock items

Placed my order and the next day was advised it would be delayed for over a month due to problems with supplier delivery their end. Had they posted something to this effect on their website I may have thought twice before purchasing. As it was, they've taken my money and are delaying fulfilling the purchase, which isn't a great online shopping experience. I probably won't be buying from them again.

I order and paid for the item on 06.07.2020 and still not received anything. No response to my e-mails (I sent the proof of payment several times), very bad customer service. Supplier to be definitely avoided!

I placed an order on 15 May but only received an email confirmation after 13 days! This informed me the item I expected ASAP delivery on was now delayed until mid June. Then after I asked to cancel the order on several occasions to which their reply was we do not have an order from you the item arrives at the end of August! Terrible company, useless customer service. DO NOT USE.

Goods were supposed to be delivered last week, not even shipped from the warehouse yet. No updates when I will receive it. To be honest I can wait. But receiving 2 requests for a review when goods are not shipped yet does bother me. So you asked for a review twice, here you have it.

Good selection of products but extremely slow at dispatching them

This company only gives people the run around lm waiting for a refund on a product and after about 10 to 15 emails still no monies back into my account event though l have an email from the company that this was to happen...now no contact and no replys to my emails as to what's happening lm completely disgusted
