Slow poor communication but got goods in the end
Ordered fungicide soil drench not easily available in UK except at industrial volumes for ornamental trees in pots which have serious phytopthera fungal infections which is killing valuable Acers etc.. Delivery was very slow some 3 weeks longer than stated 9 days. Do not believe they hold stock. Received notification it had been sent but courier link did not recognise shipment number. However arrived today exactly as ordered. Would use again if cannot get product in UK.

This appears to be a 'virtual' company that apparently has no actual stock, probably run only from some guy's laptop in Spain. The 'order status' on the Jardinitis website returned the message 'preparing merchandise' and email requests for information remained unanswered. After opening a case for reimbursement with PayPal I received what appears to be an automatically generated email that said:

We regret to inform that your request cannot be served due to a lack of stock. The manufacturer failed to inform that this particular product can no longer be supplied. It has been decided that the best thing to do is to unpublish the product and reimburse its price.
We will do whatever is necessary to prevent this from happening in the future. Our most sincere apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.

A message from PayPal to 'Jardinitis' seems to have been sent to a parent company 'Nodes Ecom Group, s.l.' so that I have no idea what is going on. I should have checked Trustpilot before placing my order!

Avoid, no delivery in 3 weeks and no communication
I'll ask PayPal to refund my money as there has been no delivery in 3 weeks, the 'order status' shows items 'preparing merchandise' and the company has not responded to my latest email.
