if i was you i would not deal with this company,
its already to late for us they have our money, but we don't have our items.
contacted them to ask the whereabouts of our items only to be told that they are waiting for there supplier for this stock.
so they are selling items that they don't even have.
This is not the way to do business, more like embezzlement than trade.

BUYER BEWARE! One item arrived damaged and I contacted customer services who asked me to send full details of the order with photographs. This I did and they replied that they would look into it. This was 4 weeks ago and I have not heard anything since, despite sending further emails.
The other item did not arrive so after 4 weeks I enquired as to when the item would be delivered. The reply was that it was out of stock. I then had to request a refund which arrived 10 days later.
Overall, very poor customer service and I will not use this company again and would not recommend it to anyone. Such a shame because they have some interesting products.

Jardinitis is not a trustworthy company. I ordered 2 Karcher Steam Cleaners on June 10th 2020. Paid €514.75. After a number of misleading emails, I was advised on July 7th that they couldn’t supply the products and would refund my money promptly. No sign of. my money after another 10 days. Disgraceful.

Please don’t order anything with this company from 2 June still waiting they do not reply .

519812 - I have spent a lot of money on a shed and I don't think I will ever see the shed or my money. I have called the number many many times, no answer and no one calls you back, sent 9 emails and had only one response telling me my order was now coming weeks later. Gave them the benefit due to COVID, big mistake. I wish I had read all the other reviews first. DO NOT SHOP HERE

Placed my order on the 28th of May. Receìved 2/5 of the items I've ordered and they are not responding to my emails except for one reply which said we are looking into it. Absolutely ridiculous customer service. Do not buy from this company. I spent over £300 And am worried I'm going to regret it

I would not use this company ever ever again!! Order not arrived! The communication is extremely poor! I have been requesting refund now for weeks but nothing! Terrible company! Please do not order!!!!

AVOID!!! Take your money and don't deliver the goods. They have ignored repeated attempts to contact them using every email address I've found and their on site query forms.. ON 54423 (8th May).
Ordered through Brycus but it was Jardinitis that took £215 from my account. Will now have to request a chargeback by my bank to get my money. I will also be reporting to actionfraud.police.uk

After writing this review I cancelled the order 14th June. After they failed to acknowledge or refund in the standard 30 days I referred to Santander Fraud Dept. They started their charge back.
It obviously jolted them into action as on 4th Aug Brycus sent a despatch notification. I wrote back to say the order was cancelled and delivery would be refused (in English & Spanish).
Took a while to arrive but I did refuse it. Only then did I get an email from them. The first contact from them for 15 weeks after ordering!!!
By then Santander had refunded the money to my account.

But then I got another email (2nd Sept) once they had the goods back in their warehouse to say they'd refund the money.

On 5th Sept I got a second lot of refund. I didn't notice this until today. Now I've got to ring the bank and sort out sending one lot back.

Ironically I got an email from Trustpilot saying this company were asking for more information....haha haha...maybe you should read one of the many emails I sent you - you had every thing you need, right there!!

Judging by the numerous 1 star reviews before and after mine, asking for info when you have the info and haven't bothered using it - may just be adding fuel to an out of control fire!

Now Jardinitis have reported me for violating Trustpilots standards. Hilarious reaction to a warranted review. Genuine order...given in the text full facts. I might have ordered through Brycus but they are a subsidiary of Jardinitis who were the ones that took my money and are equally to blame.

Jardinitis is a company that should be closed down by Google and any other platforms that support this organisation. I have lodged a complaint with my Bank and they inform me they will take action. As this is a fraudulent situation.
By Spanish Law there should be a Denouncement Form on the Jardinitis Web site, which is missing or not available. This in itself is against Spanish Law. Their Bank details are also not available. They never answer the phone. Pay a little bit more and use another company. They have an impressive web site, but do not be taken in.

This company entered into a contract with me after saying the item I wanted was in stock and they were operating normally during the pandemic. The receipt they issued specified a shipping and delivery date which was not met and the on line status was arbitrarily changed by them to a delivery date 6 weeks hence. They knowingly entered into a contract that they could not honour and this is essentially fraud. They do not answer emails sent to the address that their website gives as a means of contact. In fact the mail client I use has a facility which I don’t always use which tells me if the email has been opened. In fact, the emails to the address given by jardinitis don’t even get opened. I cancelled the order using their communication window and told them that if I didn’t hear from them within 24 hours, I would make a chargeback request to my bank. This did provoke an email from them confirming cancellation and saying my money would be refunded within 14 working days. This deadline has passed and it will surprise no one who has read all the reviews here (I wish I’d found them before ordering) that my money has not been returned. Fortunately, I live in France and the company is in Spain and there is very tough consumer protection in cases like this because the EU wants to encourage cross border trading and to root out miscreants. I have made a chargeback request to my bank quoting this legislation. My bank is now required to reimburse me immediately unless they can show I acted recklessly. It is the job of my bank to then recall the money from the trader’s bank so the bank then get their money back after it has reimbursed me. There are quite stiff bank charges for all this and I was delighted to find out that the trader will have to pay them as well as getting the money taken out of their bank and getting a bad credit rating. If my bank drags its heels, as some banks do, I then complain to the French banking regulator that they are not following EU law. I doubt this will be necessary because they have already started the procedure and asked me for 2 documents to prove the attempted trade. I encourage more people to do this. Firms like this give internet trading a bad name and need calling out.

Awfull company to deal with, they said 5 days delivery, 6 weeks later I’m still waiting, when it did eventually arrive it was damaged and the next week asda had the same item in but £20 cheaper, I feel ripped off

Very disappointed. I ordered my item which did not arrive on the date promised. It still has not arrived I rang the company twice with no reply, I have also emailed numerous times but still they have not replyed to me. I would never use this company again, nor would I recommend any one else use it.

I had initially given a very bad review for Jardinitis but now, would have to review my review.
I ordered twice from Jardinitis. The first order, I received within 10 days much to my surprise, considering it was coming all the way from Spain to Birmingham, UK.
The 2nd order ran into some difficulties and I received it in batches. The 2nd batch I got it today, after 2 months. Of course initially I was very upset and wrote a very bad review.
Given the current Covid crises, I actually never expected to receive the second half, considering all the other bad reviews written here as well as the lockdowns worldwide.
Nevertheless I received all my goods finally. And what else can I say. They are a genuine company and not a scam and I will buy from them in future as their plant health products are really a bargain and not easy to get in the UK. .

Ordered Compo Quelato de Hierro on friday, delivered thursday. Didn't recieve an email with delivery moment announcement, but further no complaints. Delivery in Holland bij PostNL.

We placed an order and only after we paid did we check the reviews and I thought it was a dodgy site, because we didn't even get a confirmation e-mail. I immediately stopped my card. Well, the order was dispatched the next day and it could be traced with a link in the e-mail we received eventually. The table arrived within a week and we are very happy with the outcome.

I bought a LED sanitising box on Sunday and today i got it. I did not check reviews before so after i red them i went to my bank and blocked the card, because i thought its a fraud, but i was shocked when i saw that my parcel arrived today... In just 5 days...
