wrong item - no refund
they sent the wrong (much inferior) item. After they got me to send them pics to prove, they accept i dont have my item, they refuse refund because tracking says "it" got delivered even though they sent the wrong thing. So they have my money and i had to order a hose from elsewhere. two weeks on they wont refund me.

I bought the hose cart, the price is comparatively reasonable and the delivery is quick.
The product is fully protected by the thick packaging. But actually the stretch wrapping is quite thick. Hope they can use less plastic next time.
