Broken goods - poor customer service
Bought hose and reel, received it wrapped in plastic clingfilm. On inspection l found the inner reel connector broken. I rang several times to be cut off. I sent an email - then heard nothing, rang a day later or so and got through (you have to go for chase order option), EVENTUALLY I got through - explained email. Was sent generic email link to Evri…. their status for OVER A WEEK now says it is ‘on way to retailer - ring them…’ I still can’t get through - very very poor

Just what I wanted
Ordering simple. Incorrect tracking number given but when I phoned to enquire abiut delivery, I left a message and I received a callback very quickly. Goods delivered on time.
I thought it would completely assembled but I had to unwind the reel to get at the bag of connectors for the piece from the cart to the tap.
