Terrible, like other reviews. Ordered an expensive hosepipe and never turned up. Emailed and get a generic "we're looking into it email". Wish I'd read other reviews before ordering from this poor excuse for a company. Website says "same day dispatch".... don't believe a word

If I could give this company a negative star I would.
Please don't use this company.
I ordered a paid for a hoze lock hosepipe for £67.42, this was deducted from my account on 7.4.25 & still not delivered.
This is despite endless emails to them and the courier service.
No one has answered and still at a loss re monies taken from myself.
Absolutely disgusting

I read some of the negative reviews AFTER I placed my order and became a little worried… needn’t have been though so I wanted to write straightaway. Ordering was straightforward, price was cheaper than my local garden centre by around 20%. Tracking info came the following day and two days later the product (Hozelock 50m hose and reel, with all fittings) was as described, well packaged and in good condition. Tried it out just now and everything fine.
One thing: if you buy this and think that some of the fittings are missing, unreel the entire hose and you’ll find them in the middle of the reel!
Very happy with service and product and will buy from them again.

Shopped around for a Hozelock hosereel and found Gardenhosepipe to be one of the cheapest. Faster than expected delivery not what was quoted, all parts are genuine and packaged well very happy.

Wrong reel size sent, returned with proof of delivery. Requested full refund and now with PayPal resolution after shocking and appalling customer service. Would definitely NOT recommend this company.

Awful company, I ordered a large reel and 30m hose, I received a small reel and 25m hose. I contacted them and they said they would send the correct replacement or a refund when I returned their incorrect item. I duly returned their items and then contacted them after they’d had it 24 hours. I’m now told that they are reviewing the item, before they’ll issue a refund. Small claims court for me. Absolute cowboys.

Very poor. First time ordering, will not be using this outfit again. My wife placed an order for a 60m hose and reel. What arrived was a 30m hose and reel. Frustrating but not the end of the world. My wife emailed them same day to advise them and arrange a replacement. No answer after a couple of days. She resent the mail and still no answer. Several attempts to call Head Office resulted in no answers or being cut off after a few minutes. So we have paid for a 60m but have a 30m which is no good for our garden. This outfit obviously couldn’t care less about their customers as long as they have their money. BEWARE!!!

Ordered a 50m hose assembly on 9th March. After a few days they sent a 30m hose (incorrect - and badly packaged). Struggled to get through on the phone to customer services. Someone finally answered and said that I'd have to send back the incorrect hose before they'd resend the correct one! Sent the hose back and rang again (similarly struggled to get through) to ask them to send my original order. They now didn't have it in stock, so I asked for a refund. They told it would take between 7 -10 days to process my refund as I was in a queue. None of this was my fault. I originally ordered on the 9th March and still haven't got my money back. Stunningly poor customer service

Shocking service, false advertising, customer services are terrible, and you have to pay for your own returns. I would never use them again

The website offered a good price and the company were local so I ordered a hose and reel. Rather than the quick despatch promised, I waited for 4 days and the item had not even started its journey. At this point I read some of the reviews on here and decided I should cancel the order. The order was cancelled but I then had to wait "7 - 10 days" for the refund - it took 7 days before I received it.

Very happy with the item and very quick delivery.

Browsing was simple. Prices were very competitive. Easy to purchase, and delivery was pretty quick too. I know it was just a hosepipe and reel, but the shopping experience was as good as I’ve had from any online store.

Easy to use site with large selection of products to choose from. Easy to follow instructions to complete purchase of items.

I am still wailing for my hose which I ordered on the 31/12/2024.When ordering from your web page it said I would receive my order within 2 to 4 days. It is now 10/01/2025 and I am still waiting NOT a great experience

Shocking service , not even arrived yet , send tracking number , can’t see we’re package is !!!! And now they have just told me they’ve found out my package is damaged in transit and had the cheek and audacity to say my refund in a queue 7 to 10 days I’m starting to think is this a scam ? !!!!!

The website was easy to use and the items are a very good price. Delivery would have been fast but I ordered the day before Christmas Eve so it took a bit longer. From this single experience I would highly rate the company and would use again.
