Absolutely incompetent
Absolutely incompetent, ordered Sunday , no communication re delivery, rang them Wednesday was told , Evri didn’t pick up parcel, Evri then contacted after saying picked up parcel etc to then be told parcel too big would have to sort another option. Rang for full refund, phone lines constantly going onto voicemail, left message no response . Managed to get hold of agent , promised full refund. Won’t use again won’t recommend . The issue was their carrier
