Ordered items on line, paid by credit card, then phoned to say the two large mirrored hearts were not available but I asked for them to be sent when back in stock, so cannot comment on product, but obviously disappointed. Star rating only applies to this and not the product. At least I was telephoned soon after placing the order.

Bird feeder pole/stand arrived in good time. Is sturdy and easy to assemble but whilst the fittings to either hang or mount a feeder on top are specially designed for the job, the poles could well have been taken from the frame of an awning or tent. Not very attractive compared with some supports on the market - which are more ornate and cheaper - though these are not suitable if preference is to mount the feeder on top rather than hang cylindrical feeders from arm(s).

i ordered two garden ornaments from Gardens2you. The box was damaged in shipment and part of one of the ornaments was broken. I rang their customer service line and within two days I had a perfect replacement.

Delivered late, greatly inconvenienced me. Product was much bigger than expected. Very unimpressed in general.

Browsing this website looking for something different for the garden and that's just what I found. My first purchase was a large strawberry and Edam & Gouda the two cheeky mice. They arrived quicker than stated with plenty of packaging to protect them. I was so thrilled with my purchase that two days later I ordered Brie & Cheddar the bigger mice. I would recommend this company as well as the products, they are certainly good value for money. I will definitely be buying from them again.
