Excellent, prompt shipment of items

Arrived safely and well packaged, however I was unhappy with the quality. Looked very poorly made and finished. Had to request a return and am currently waiting for a refund.

Wouldn't use again

I ordered a twin bird house and some garden ornaments as gifts for mothers day. The birdhouse described as having "a weathered look" on the site was in a very bad state, not at all resembling the image on the website as half the roof paint had flaked off. My mother sent me a photo and to be honest I was embarrassed.

I contacted the company with a picture and they responded very quickly "Thank you for your message. The item is as shown on our website and does state that it has a weathered look (see pic)", sending me the website picture which I had already said did not look similar to the one received.

They did offer a free return and refund for the item which is positive but I would have liked them to acknowledge that it did not look in the similar standard as the image online. My mother decided to keep the bird house and repainted the roof before putting out in the garden and it does look really good.

They delivered the items quickly, the ornaments were fine, but I would be wary about ordering items which are going to be gifts from them again.

I ordered a couple of garden ornaments, which had been reduced. I'm very pleased with them (a brown metal bird with flapping wings, which sits pecking on my lawn - as opposed to being attached to a fence - and a set of two brightly coloured frogs). My sister-in-law admired the frogs, so I ordered another set, which arrived the next day. Great service. Will definitely use Gardens2You again.

Gardens 2 you have a good variety of plants and they're delivery timing is pretty good. Some gardening sites take ages to delivery and that puts me of buying from them. I like how they have categorised plants, therefore much easier to find what your looking for.

I bought the Perky Pet Copper Metal Wild Bird Garden Feeder, what a beautiful quality , well made product, and the value for money is astounding. The service from Gardens 2 You was brilliant, ordered at the weekend and received my bird feeder on Wednesday. Can't find any faults with this company or its product !!
