To be honest I never received my order
To be honest I never received my order, so I can't comment on the product. For some reason it couldn't be delivered and was sent back, even though I did not receive a card from royal mail stating this or even to rearrange.
I was then contacted by Urban33 to say they had received it back and will resend and for me to confirm address again.
Still did not get my item, today I rang them, I had an email from them saying that item was out of stock and they won't be getting it back, so I presume my item was then resold instead of being sent. They offered my £16 credit to spend online, but I don't want it, I want a refund to avoid this whole hassle again. Its been a nightmare, this was a gift for a relative and wasn't even for myself. I'm still awaiting a refund now.
