Gardentimego scammed me

Gardentimego scammed me. From a page that looked like Leroy Merlin where I had made purchases, I agreed to respond to feedback and then accept a gift for shipping only. After paying the shipping cost, I found myself signed up to Gardentimego, which then charged me a membership fee without prior notification. I asked for a refund several times. They confirmed that they would do the refund if I first gave them a 5-star review on Trustpilot. Which I did. They confirmed that they would do the refund and to let me know if it didn't arrive. It didn't arrive, I communicated, and from that moment I never got a response.
They are an online scam system - as happened to me BE CAREFUL

This company has STOLEN

This company has STOLEN, without my permission 49.49€ through my c.card. . AS I HAVE authorized them to charge my account with 2.00€ , for some sort of " chance to win something". I have communicated with them several times, they have admitted a " mistake" and that the money will be refunded,however....it comes to nothing but words.i don't understand how this CRIMINAL ACTIVITY GOES ON. BE VERY CARFUL WITH THEM!!! DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM. I am going to raje them to court. It will cost me but it is the only right thing to do!!!

Absolutely disgusting service and T&C's…

Absolutely disgusting service and T&C's n place. i was unfortunate enough to have fraud committed on my bank account and somehow ended up with an account for this company - when i explained what had happened and to cancel the membership and to refund me they refused and said it is non-refundable. How is this treating customers fairly and not in breach of all trading standards. it was within the 14 day cooing off period I requested the refund too and still am being told they wont refund me. THIS IS CRIMINAL

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE…

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE SCAMMERS!!!!!

These people are SCAMMERS!!!!!!

These thieves stole money from my account. They must be hiding on some other site because I had never been on their site, which is just full of expensive rubbish.

Now they want a period of 14 days to cancel the account that I never set up.

It's also very obvious that they are writing there own reviews on Trustpilot!!!

short experience and issue resolved

your services were offered through the advertissement ... of another product... which means that when we contract with you, we think that we are contracting to receive a Lancome Pack ... I don't find this really customer oriented. So i would say that my customer experience was confusing. I wrote 3 emails and finally get into the escalation process which was efficient and customer focus !
