I first purchased a GardPro Ultra 2+ at the start of 2026, secondhand , but, this was to replace my well worn & failing
Versa 3.
Wow, what an amazing watch with so many built in features & health tracking options, I have worn & abused my previous watch & this one is performing faster & better, than I could ever have imagined.
Within a month I bought my wife the Ultra Health 3, she loves it, especially in the Rose Gold, yet another superb & very smart purchase.
Then two stunning 'loops' direct from GardPro, the Rose Gold matching exactly.
These really are the way to go now & have already purchased a brand new one , just to make sure that I have one for battering & one for best.
Really well done GardPro..

I had trouble setting the watch up due to a mistake I made but the help I had was brilliant.
I had another issue but contacted guard pro and they attended to it almost immediately. The watch is now working beautifully and as it should, thank you guard pro for your aftercare service!!!

Excellent customer service
I purchased a GardPro health smartwatch about a year ago. It was much more affordable than many other options on the market, but it matched my needs very well, especially for features like snorkeling and blood pressure monitoring. Overall, I was quite happy with it.
After some time, the side dial suddenly failed. There was no damage or accident — it simply fell off. Since the watch was already about a year old, I started looking at other options and even purchased a different watch from another company.
Still, I decided to contact GardPro support just to let them know what had happened. I honestly was not expecting much at that point. To my surprise, they responded very quickly and told me they had shipped a replacement.
What happened next surprised me even more. When the package arrived, I discovered that they had sent not just one replacement watch, but two watches: a newer model of their health smartwatch and an Ultra watch as well.
That level of customer service was completely unexpected and very much appreciated. These days, it is not easy to find companies that stand behind their products in such a generous and responsive way. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend GardPro.

Copies everything from your phone.
The Gard Pro smartwatch is basically a slave from your phone. The apps connect from wifi from your phone. I like it, far cheaper than an Apple Watch but I don’t like that I have to carry my phone within range of the watch. Defeats the point. What they did well: Imported Siri, if you’re gonna copy the phone why not AI too?, Flashlight feature. The face lights up. Not super bright but bright enough. It has a hidden camera feature if you allow it access to your camera. (I did not). It will pair with your phones health app and monitor health conditions. (No thank you). The blood pressure and pulse features look impressive. Has a timer feature. Yay! Battery life is excellent. Not so well: Watchband comes unattached so you need to do this. How inconvenient. Watch band is small. Once you get it put together, my wrist barely fits. I’m female so I don’t think this will work for a man. Made in China. I wonder how much information goes back to them from your phone since it copies everything? Instructions missing. Have to scan a QR code to get started. Nothing in the features to tell if it can handle water submersion. Will I keep it? Probably until it starts having issues.
