Where's my order??!!
Ordered a case of wine on 29/8/2026 on an estimated 5 - 7 day delivery. One month later I still haven't received the items and have no idea when or even if it will ever be delivered.
I have contacted the company via their support e-mail address more than once but all I get in response is "it's with the courier"; absolutely no customer service
I've checked on the delivery status and DPD haven't yet received the package.

The wine is great
The wine is great. You can't get better value anywhere else. There is only one draw back. If you put an order in for say 8 different types of wine and they don't have one in stock, they will hold the order until in comes into stock. I was waiting a further 2 weeks. All they had to do was to substitute a different one. I think a lot of their customers would be happy with that.

Wine ordered 7/8/26; after querying delay apology for delay received 28/8/26. Now 18/9/26, DPD say they are still awaiting parcel. Shocking service, I am currently on holiday but when I return I will deal with this matter, I expect a full refund and will do whatever is necessary to obtain it.

Terrible service and terrible communication.
Ordered on the 18th August still hadn’t received wine mid September. Tried to cancel order told me it was already en route but they never sent it! Had to raise a dispute with my bank to have my money returned. Please treat with suspicion
