Good service from supplier
One of my wines was sold out and they were in contact and proposed new product. I was able to delay the delivery because we were not at home at original delivery date. Good tracking where delivery was and easy to prepare to hand over it. Good service.

Great value, lovely wines & good delivery service
Placing the order to delivery was just a week... very quick and packaged very well. Excellent value - even with adding the delivery charge it works out much cheaper than buying wine in Ireland. I also like to try new wines so the mixed cases are great.

Where's my order??!!
Ordered a case of wine on 29/8/2026 on an estimated 5 - 7 day delivery. One month later I still haven't received the items and have no idea when or even if it will ever be delivered.
I have contacted the company via their support e-mail address more than once but all I get in response is "it's with the courier"; absolutely no customer service
I've checked on the delivery status and DPD haven't yet received the package.

The wine is great
The wine is great. You can't get better value anywhere else. There is only one draw back. If you put an order in for say 8 different types of wine and they don't have one in stock, they will hold the order until in comes into stock. I was waiting a further 2 weeks. All they had to do was to substitute a different one. I think a lot of their customers would be happy with that.
