If you want someone to represent you, do not hire these people. These people do not work in your best interests, completely unprofessional, especially Dulce and Monica. We terminated their services as they had not done as instructed, when we made phonecalls and an email to enquire about the money we were owed, we recieved an email, with an email thread attached between Monica and Dulce, talking about their own clients (us) making derogetory comments, biased opinions, furthermore and i quote "just tell them you've done the sums and they owe us money". I made an official complaint, which to this day has had no response. We have evidence of everything typed in this review.

Avoid like the plague, completely incompetent and unprofessional behaviour.

I was unsure of how to proceed with a matter in Spain and searched the internet for some point to anchor my investigations and came across Gascon Bernabeu Abogados in London. Matt Rogerson responded directly and was able to give me all of the necessary details of the way forward and was perfectly reassuring throughout. He dealt with all of my questions thoroughly and speedily, organizing notaries outside London near me and continuing with the whole process to completion! I consider myself very lucky to have found Matt Rogerson of Gascón Bernabéu Abogados in Alicante. He advised and helped me to write a will for my Spanish assets. He found a Notary locally to my home and he is now in the process registering it in Madrid. All this without me having to leave my home in Milton Keynes in England. GBA managed to achieve Spanish probate for my late wife’s estate when other solicitors threw obstacles in my way. As part of the probate there was an insurance claim which was refused, GBA fought this through the courts and won the case. It took time/years (but this often the case in Spain & there was Covid). I am very pleased with the support from Mónica, the outcome and to have finally settled my affairs.

Just want to say a massive thank you to your team for being able to help my friend and I out, of an awful ordeal. In which, to cut a long story short were wrongly accused and made to pay a lot in fines each. However thanks to your help and I must say special mention to Mónica Otero Carretero who dealt with our case. She was amazing from the very beginning. It was so hard knowing which company to trust, but I'm so glad to have come across this company. Monica was quick to reply to emails, always really helpful and guided us through every little moment. We will always be so happy for all that you did and you're a huge asset to your company, in which they should be very gratious.

We used this company for a Power of Attorney for my Sister to enable me to conduct legal business in Spain which my Sister was unable to accompany me to. Matt was extremely efficient - we did not need to meet face to face and he organised a local Notary to meet my Sister to finalise the POA. The whole process was half the price of another company we contacted - and a lot simpler. Would highly recommend.

I used Dulce and it was a complete
waste of money. I wish I had read the other bad reviews about her and the company first. She sent a letter out on my behalf before I saw and agreed it and it was completely incorrect. She included a threatening paragraph in the letter which I hadn’t asked for.
I asked Dulce for feedback she got to the letter and she said she would let me know but that didn’t happen. When I told her and her colleague Matt that I wasn’t happy they completely blocked me. Basically using Dulce for what should have been to resolve a simple situation was a complete waste of time and money.
