The boiler was installed efficiently with the minimum of disruption to us. The hot water is now much more reliable for baths etc, and the radiators are working much better. The remote control is very easy to set up and use.

Cold call sales.
Got a call from 'independent energy advise' firm Energy Support Hub Limited, who then swiftly put me through to their 'preferred company', Gas Fast Ltd - which looks to be a husband and wife team with multiple business name changes over recent years (Gas Fast, Boyler Ltd- yes Boyler, EasyDokk Ltd).
They are unable to give any quotes over the phone no estimations, but are positive the cost of the boiler will be covered in your energy savings. When I asked a few simple questions regarding costs the lady on the phone quickly became impatient, the questions must have been missed off her script. Told them I would phone them back if I was interested. They phoned my wife again an hour later.
This is pushy, aggressive, cold calling phone sales.
This is not an offer. It is not government subsidised. There is no discount. You're being sold a new boiler. Also noticed the director from Energy Support Hub Limited giving five star reviews to Gas Fast online. All is not kosher.

In response to the reply from Gas Fast - Energy Support Hub called and immediately transferred through to one of your agents at Gas Fast, Energy Support Hub were barely on the call before they transferred through to Gas Fast to start the sales pitch. That's probably why 'Gas Fast' has no record of the call, as it was set up by another company. You can find out a lot from a quick check on Company House. My experience was with Gas Fast, I spoke to their sales agent, they tried to get an advisor to my house, they wanted to know what I did for a living and they phoned again after being told not to. Gas Fast are the problem.
The lads turned up when expected cleaned up after themselves and the installation went without a hitch

From the assessment on 06/02/23 the service was excellent, the price quoted was exact, and didn’t alter, the date of installation was to my convenience ( I could have had it done sooner) gasfast rang me the day before to go through everything with me , the engineer arrived at 8.15 am on the day and worked very hard, to a excellent standard, no fuss, worked neatly and efficiently, very polite, the boiler and 5 radiators were fitted in one day, I was told it would probably take two so I was very pleased, there was no mess and all the rubbish was taken away, excellent service I would recommend Gasfast to anyone

0rder no 14730.From first contact with James to fitters Scott it was a quick and very efficient job.Fitters left everything spotless and explained how boiler worked.Very polite and courteous.Decide to change my boiler due to its age 17 years old.Didnt expect it to be fitted so fast eg next day.Arrived promptly at 8am and finished at 2pm.Would recommend to others.

Great company to start with, very quick to give very resonable quote and install time, agreed proce and engineer travelled 300 miles to install within 24 hours great considering it was mid December, all good and boiler working well, contract stated Gas fast will carry out first annual service free of charge when I called to arrange 1 year later I was told no service had been agreed, after I insisted the look at my contract again the agreed that free service was to be provided, then they told me that I would have to arrange for boiler service myself and get service company to invoice Gas Fast as they did not have any engineers in area, Gas Fast refused to arrange engineer from my area and said I was told before installation this is just untrue they never mentioned that I would have to arrange, as it turned out I managed to get an engineer but I had to pay upfront as they would not invoice Gas fast, once I got copy of invoice I sent to Gas Fast for payment it took six weeks of constant emails and phone calls before I recieved payment from Gas Fast, before dealing with them read contract ensure you get everything clearly stated in contract or email
Quick process to order and fitted straight away.

The guys installing the boiler (Order No: 14433) were on time, very pleasant. The work was done in a professional manner and all was cleared away and they didn't take long. Jordan explained the boiler to me and talked me thorough pairing with the Halo App on my phone. I was very pleased with the whole experience

The engineer arrived following day fitted the boiler and solved a problem that we had since last boiler was fitted incorrectly. Very polite ,made no mess and was in and out within 3hrs .

They cold called me via so called "Energy Support Hub". Initially it sounds like a free boiler upgrade, but of course it isn't!!!!! They tell you the cost will be taken from the savings on your gas bill, AND, any excess will be given to YOU !!!!! After asking them several times, unsuccessfully, for the actual cost of the boiler I eventually was told they start from £4000. Hell nobody should be paying that much for a GAS boiler these days. They are being phased out in new builds after 2025. These are people trying to take advantage of our energy price fears. BE SCARED do not let them come to your home and con you into a "deal" !!!!!!!!!
