Very very disappointing

I had already written and cancelled a previous review which I gave a five star review . I booked a flight and was delighted with the website and the flight prices. I booked and paid for the flights and later I got an email telling me the flight has been cancelled . The company now has my money and I don’t know when I will get it back. I have no idea how they can post and advertise a flight allow you to book it and then cancel the flight . Extremely disappointed ☹️

I want to give an update on the above booking . I received a full refund today from Gate1.ie . So I only had to wait 3days for which I’m very relieved about . This might help and alleviate and reassure other customers worries.

I came to this page from kayak.com. Overall I understood what I needed to do to book my flight.

The constant pop-ups trying to get me to buy additional services were annoying.
