Be very careful if you are going to use this company for flights. I'm still waiting a response for flight cancelled by airline 26 December 2021
All I receive is an automated email stating case is being dealt with. They have 964.00 euro since May 2021, flight was cancelled 26 Dec 2021 and todate I have had no response except automated email. No other way to contact anybody in this company

I actually wanted to dock them 2.5 stars. The first star is because I had an emergency problem at the last minute and I wanted to postpone the ticket. They were hard to get in touch with, and I had to conduct business over email. They were unhelpful, and it worked out, because LOT airlines was receptive. The second star is because their insurance is terrible. It's only applicable until the last 24hrs although their website does not say that, and there is all this fine print stuff that helps them escape from giving you any money in the first place. The whole thing was a mess. But, they did provide cheaper tickets, and I understand that they can't provide good customer service because they have to cut corners somewhere. Anyway, buy tickets here knowing these issues. If you have no problems, great. If you do, you're on your own.

First time doing reservation over the Gate1 service. Friendly interface. Easy going process. The problem appeared while I was trying to select seats. Selection was not available. Hope I will seat next to my wife or even next to a nicer girl :)

Terrible service. Avoid at all cost. The company sent a booking ID but no booking reservation and no ticket. They failed to respond to E-Mail communications to clarify the situation thus preventing us from booking an actual ticket from a reputable source. They then sent a cancellation notice without any previous warning ten minutes before we were due to commute to the airport. Absolutely unprofessional and insulting. Nothing good to say about this company. They should not be allowed to operate. It is unfortunate that it is not possible to give less than one star.

Couldn't book with American Direct on there page for some stage reason (Probably a bug on there end).

Dissapointing to pay E15 just to pay by mastercard!

Worked first time

I started this booking over 4 hours earlier, found the flight I wanted but had to go out, on my return I refreshed the booking, no problems, same price and I paid, this was the easiest booking I have ever made.
even the bank OTP was straight forward and quick.

Easy to navigate and quick to find a flight that fit my needs.

My son booked Ryanair return flights on SKYSCANNER from Amsterdam to Dublin last week. The reservation number he received was not issued by Ryanair, also they changed his email address. He had to pay extra for each flight. DO NOT USE GATE1.
