Very helpful and polite staff.
Had a big issue with the first set of gates, they were soft wood and only lasted about 4 months before spitting. How ever on phoning them up to report this they were polite and listened to our moaning. We sent pictures to show them and we agreed to have a new hard wood set made at a discounted price.
The delivery boys ( who also rehang them,) Barry and Ben were very apologetic about the first pair of gates and were very friendly,caring,work very cleanly. They were very conscientious and made sure I was happy with each stage of the fittings.
I must also say that Lisa in customer service was very understanding, and always very pleasant and helpful.

Great New Gates
Many thanks to the team at Gates and Fences UK for your first class service and help in answering questions that we wanted answers to. And our thanks to Jimmy and Hannah for a wonderful build and finish to the gates. They were delivered by two very pleasant men, Paul and Simon in perfect condition, and thank you for the bar of chocolate!
They have now been erected and we couldn't be more pleased. We would have no hesitation in recommending Gates and Fences UK.

Just received our new gate. Delivered as promised with a text beforehand. Both Simon and Paul were extremely courteous and unloaded the gates and various posts. Now for the putting together!

Returning customer
Returning customer and have bought two gates from gates and fencing UK.
Bought a custom picket gate a few years ago due to the quality of the gate which had not shrunk or twisted, I returned and bought a full gate to replace my old side gate.
Ordering was simple on there web site choosing the correct gate and size, kept informed throughout the process of manufacturing to dispatch. Was contacted by Simon & Paul when on there were on the way and they delivered the gate were I asked it to be placed.
I would recommend these gates and would purchase again in the future.

Great looking gates safely delivered
Gates safely delivered and look good quality and colour is perfect to match our cedar cladding. Paul and Simon safely unloaded them and despite the early knock up at 7.30am were bright and cheerful and were happy to take them up the drive to where they needed storing. Thank you.
