From the moment we went with Gateway they were in constant communication with us, sometimes going above and beyond what we actually needed.
Advice was excellent and produced the product we were looking for, all very quickly and efficiently without paying a fortune.

We were waiting months for our mortgage to be approved with another mortgage adviser that I was forced into going with by the agent and it wasn't being approved so ended up going to Vanessa, (who I wanted to go with in the first place until the bloody agent messed us about) and she got everything done within 3 days without any issue and now we have a mortgage. So again thank you so much Vanessa for making this all happen and Karen for keeping on top on the whole process and updating us regularly.
