Gatsby Shoes lasted 6 weeks, then the finish peeled off. Gatsby customer service is not good.
Got an answer right away with help. Broke a lace and wanted to know the size of the lace. I love the shoes and will definitely purchase another pair when I wear these out. I have had many compliments for student and adults on my shoes.

Thank you for the opportunity to be heard. I bought  these shoes because I thought they would be a great way to have a dress shoe that feels good and last a long time. I do not wear dress shoes often so I'm not used to the hard sole that come with them.
I wore my Gasby Oxfords 8-10 times over a 9 month period. On the last use I noticed the sole was separating from the shoe. I contact customer service and they said I was outside the window of replacement, which was 6 months. I provided pictures of the bottom of the soles and the tops to show their obvious minimal use, but no adjustment was offered. Even 50% off my next pair would have something.
I can not recommend Gatsby shoes to a friend and I will never buy another pair again.
I bought 3 pairs of shoes for my 3 sons. They all found the to be comfortable. They only wear them for interviews or funerals. So not often at all! My son brought the shoes f a week long conference and the top of shoe lifted off completely from the sole!!!! He probably wore the shoes a total of 20 times. I reached out to customer service 2x and they said my order was outside of the 6 Month window for returns. I felt this was the worst customer service response ever. I have shoes in my closet for 10 years that have not fallen apart like this!!! DO NOT BUY THESE SHOES!!!!’
I bought 2 pair of Gatsby shoes. Both looked great, and I wear them ... some. Recently, I had one shoe blowout like Zion's Nikes. I reached out to Gatsby support and was told for sole failures over 6 months => no warranty. I had included a picture of the shoe tread show that they weren't that worn. Apparently, just policy. So, my policy, don't ever buy Gatsby shoes again.
The first order was the wrong size. I ordered a size 12 and received a size 6 B. The refund process doesn't allow me to submit for a refund unless I agree to an exchange. So I reordered. But I had to pay for return shipping. When the second order arrived, it also was the wrong size. I cannot submit for a refund unless I exchange. I am done with this company. I am pretty sure it's a scam.
Your shoes are not true to size and customer service and shipping times are horrendous. After months of trying to get the right size without success, the company wants me to pay to ship them back and charge me 10% because they couldn’t get it right. The worst experience I have ever had with an online company; I would run from them!
Never received my shoes that I had ordered almost a month before Christmas. Extremely disappointed and frustrating that they use a company from China to ship/deliver packages that couldn’t seem to find a simple home address despite having pictures of my house from Google Maps.
I had to initiate the process of finding out the cause of delay since nobody from or the parcel partner had made any attempts to notify me of the problem.
The one upside to this is I didn’t get scammed and Gatsby got my $$$ back to me. Won’t be ordering again.
I tried to order a pair for Christmas. I placed order on Dec. 15 Customer service is horrible. This company is a joke shipping is ridiculous. They will ship your shoes when they feel like it in a month time. They shipped my shoes January 9 three days after I filed dispute with card company. Then refuses to refund my money even after I sent cheap stuff shoes back. Scam Shoe Company

I ordered two pairs of the Oxford Lisse No-Stripe All-Day Comfort Dress Shoes-one black and one brown. I was first surprised they were being shipped directly from China, but the website uses a USA address. When I received them and tried them on, I found the ankle lack support; It's just a piece of leather. Not for right for an orthopedic shoe. I went to return them and that's when I discovered their fine print on returns... there is restocking fee PLUS you have to pay for postage. I submitted a support ticket and they took four days to respond and confirmed I must absorb all the expenses. Never again will I use Gatsby. Furthermore, in the response below, Gatsby indicates I never responded but that also is untrue.

Do Not Buy. Shoes do not fit. The back of shoes buckles when trying to put on. I tried to do a return and it costs $40 to return that you have to pay for before you can do return. There is also a claim that return totals may decrease once they receive the shoes. Do Not Buy. They got me.

I've never placed an order with this company before. I had signed up for the $9.99 shipping return figuring I'd have to return probably one of the five items I returned. When I placed the original order, I could not tell if the $ 9.99 shipping had been entered or not so I immediately sent an email to the company with no response. I then sent at least five more emails to the company with no response. Other than if you continue to send additional emails essentially it will take them longer to return a message when the package finally arrived the shoes did not seem of great quality and they did not fit well with my orthotics, which is understandable and the shirts were definitely undersized for an extra large because of all of my clothes that I wear always extra large. These ones were entirely small. I then sent an email to the company that when I was attempting to return the shipping items it would not let me return them. The Page kept freezing. I got no response sent at least two more emails until they finally sent me an email telling me to go through the same process that I already told them was not working so again I sent them another email and was finally able to return the products as required. However, I also sent them the email that said I had signed up for the $9.99 return shipping which they said I did not. So they charge me a 10% fee to return 300+ dollars worth of merchandise none of which I could wear. They had terrible response times did not respond to emails and I essentially spent over $30 to get items that I could not wear. I would absolutely never do business with this company. I would not recommend this company to anybody their customer service is absolutely terrible and how can you tell me? I didn't send an email when I have copies of all the emails that I sent to you that they were delivered no thanks run from this company. I typically never do any kind of reviews on companies, but this one was so exceptionally poor I figured everybody else needs to know.
